-King's Row Power Plant 30 mins ago-

Solomon sat and glare at an officer of the synth militia in front of him. Silence fills in as the officer struggles to come up with an answer. Captain Flint lined himself up with a group of black null troopers and tried hard not to look at the interaction with one of his officers. Solomon looks to the Flint and motions him to come stand next to the officer. Then, Solomon turns his attention back to the officer.

"Null Sector's brothers found one of our stolen buses parked near a bookstore. They discovered some sort of emergency escape tram system inside the building. Please enlighten me on this mystery?" Solomon snarled.

"Captain Flint had me lead a large group troops to attack their hideout. They were tougher than we thought. That bus must have been the one they stolen. There's a chance they used it to move the hostages when we retreated."

Solomon's metal fist tightened. The incompetence was annoying him greatly. The officer continued with the story.

"We tried every plan we had and threw everything at them. Their base has been completely destroyed."

"Yet you didn't bring back any hostages. You let them escape from our territory! You have failed your mission, again!" Solomon snarled and slams his fists on the desk as he said 'again'. "Right, captain?"

Captain Flint grits his teeth and sighed deeply inside. He looks up to Emile and nodded. Solomon takes the minute to calm down and turns his attention back to the officer.

"What about the soldiers? Did they flee with the survivors?"

"No, they are still in King's Row."

Solomon slips on hand down under the table and rests it by his waist. He kept his eyes as he spoke to him in a cold tone.

"So, you know where they are now?"

"No, we don't know. Give us time to find them. I'm sorry we couldn't get the hostages. My battalion fought to the last man."

Solomon didn't want to hear more from him. He quickly rose up from his seat and pulls his heavy revolver out. He fires one heavy round at the officer and blows a big hole at his chest. Captain Flint shouts out as he watches his officer spin to the ground. Flint kneels and checks on the body. He was dead

"Why did you do that?!" Flint rasped.

"We cannot make mistakes anymore. He no longer serves a purpose to the plan." Solomon growled and holsters his revolver. "Useless. All of them. Those operators are still out there."

"Ok, but I can't have you kill off my men like that. We need rectify the terms of our agreement."

Solomon moves around the desk and gets close to Flint. He stares down at the commander.

"Why, Captain? It seemed to be working well so far. I gave you a fortune and a bunch of supplies and gear for your men that you couldn't even dream. In return, Null Sector doesn't gut where your standing and you work for a greater good for Omnics."

"I understand. But killing my men like that won't get them to do what you want. We're not disposable."

"Don't cry over some dead bodies. How I'm controlling things and your outfit is a benefit to you as it is to me. We have a tight grip over this city and the operators have no chance to ruin everything Null Sector and I built. Nothing will stop- "

The conversation stops short as a purple null trooper bursts into the room. He stiffly waves a tablet in his hands.

"Overwatch is attacking King's Row! They've disabled two of our anti-aircraft guns and are near the third."
