All I could think about is what Nick had said in Grand Central as I was getting ready to leave for home. I sat in my seat and just let up the biggest sigh.
"...You're probably gonna get punched in the face. But, uh... stay with her. You're gonna need her a lot more than she needs you. And at the end of the night you're gonna want to say something's, but don't. Don't ruin it. It's nothing she doesn't already know. "
I looked out the train window and took in the scenery as I continued to think about what Nick had said.
"...Just give her a kiss. Wish her good luck, and, uh... thank her. Thank her for showing you that you can love more than one person in this life."
I sighed and realized that I had something in my coat pocket. It was the hotel card Nick and I filled out together. I couldn't help by smile. Then I noticed the place "Would you be likely to return" still blank but then I looked down more and there was Nicks handwriting and it stated "Turn over"
I couldn't help but smile... but now I was heading back to reality.
