Chapter 68

"Thank you," I whispered, squeezing his hand in my own.

"Get off the battle field, Tomura," All for One said, "and take the children with you." He extended his hand out, and black and red metallic prongs flew out of his fingertips, stabbing into the unconscious Kurogiri. "Kurogiri, warp them away."

"Be careful!" shouted sunglasses-man - Hikiishi - rushing forward. "One of the heroes messed with him and he's unconscious. I'm not sure what's going on, but if you can teleport, why don't you get us out of here?"

"My warp power is still new, Magne. There is much I need to learn about it. Distance is limited, and while he can teleport to specific coordinates, I can only transport people to and from my own location; or with focus, to and from someone I am very familiar with. That is all. It is easier for Kurogiri to do it."

'So he can take and give quirks, but doesn't know how to use all of them? What's with that? ' I turned to see Bakugou's reaction, and saw that he was just as confused as I was. 'If he doesn't know how to control some of his quirks, then that makes him even more dangerous.'

All for One was unstable, and we had to get out of here. Now.

"Forcible quirk activation." Kurogiri's black smoke emitted from him, exploding into one giant portal beside him. All for One retracted the black and red blades, his hand returning to normal as he said, "Leave this place."

"But what about you?" Shiguraki asked.

Boom

A shining white light streaked the sky, and relief washed over me as I saw All Might fly towards us at an incredible speed. Turning back, All for One started floating off the ground, slowly rising higher and higher above us.

"You're not thinking, Tomura," he said. "There remains much room for you to grow."

"You're mine," All Might called, slamming into All for One with so much force, another tornado was created.

However, Bakugou and I withstood it, watching in awe as the two super humans collided. I gritted my teeth as the wind whirled around us, and I could feel my H/L, H/C hair being blown about. 'All Might,' I thought, watching on in worry. 'He just got blown away with a single punch. They obviously have some history, but this man... he's a monster! '

"Let's go, Shiguraki," Compress called, bending down to Dabi's unconscious body and transforming him into a green ball. "While our masked League is keeping All Might obtained, claim your prize."

I stepped away from Bakugou, both of us turning to face what remained of the League of Villains. Shiguraki, Toga, Twice, Magne, Iguchi and Compress stood before us, primed and ready to strike. 'They're wanting to take us, again,' I realised. 'But this time, they're willing to take us by force, if they have to.'

Looking around, I couldn't see any clear way out; the League stood in front of us, while All Might and All for One fought behind us. And any attempts at going through the sides would be picked up by either party. So that only left one option...

"Ha," Bakugou chuckled. "This will be fun."

Flinging out my arm, I gripped Bakugou's tightly. He flinched under my grip, turning towards me with raised eyebrows.

"Don't, Bakugou," I warned, giving him a hard stare. "We can't engage with them, you know that-"

"I'll do whatever it takes to get out of here alive," he cut me off, ripping his arm away from me. "The question is why aren't you?"

"Because I have a plan-"

I leapt away from my classmate as a razor-sharp measuring tape flew millimetres away from my face. Following the line, I spotted Twice coming right for us, retracting his tape to strike again. Bakugou blasted away as I put up a shield, feeling rubble bounce off my bubble as it hit. However, I didn't have time to relax as a chilling presence snuck up behind me. I spun around, leaping back as a knife came within centimetres of my face.
