After that we didn't waist Time, Arina had called in one of the castle trainers to train indoors with kandy,Kate and Alexis.

Then she excused herself, our trainers took us outside to start hand on hand combat, we'd have to use without our energy or our elements.

So Greg and drake shifted back and I was pleasantly surprised to see that their uniforms were still intact.

As of now Jug whom I found out was sixteen had put us all in a line and was currently pairing us off.

"First station I want Danielle and Aaliyah, second station, Amiyah and drake and the last station Greg and Ryan!"

"After ten minutes of your assigned combat you will switch partners and work on another combat!"

"First station is technique you will be with Enzo, second station is knife combat you will be with Riley, and the last station is hand combat you will be with Nikki, Izzy will be rotating groups and writing down observations on what you each need to work on. After all the stations have been complete you will give me as many push-ups you can get in a minute, no breaks! And to end the day five laps around the track"

I looked out across the tourney field a few meters away and gulped at the size, he wants us to do five laps around that? He got the wrong motha fucker.

"My group come with me" Enzo spoke in his sweet accent, I'm not sure on the origin but it sounded nice.

We followed him to a mat where he had us remove our socks and shoes.

We both complied, "this is just technique so you both won't actually be fighting I just want to see what you can do"

"Okay let's start with something simple, Danielle put Aaliyah in a choke hold"

The moment we made eye contact we burst into fits of laughter, why this is so funny? I have no idea it just is.

She giggled and I allowed her to grab me.

She wrapped her arm around my neck but so tight to where I couldn't breathe but to where she had a good grip and I knew unless I wanted to hurt myself I couldn't get out of it.

"Good, Aaliyah try to fend her off" I groan.

"How am I supposed to do that?"

He sighed "one or two good punches to either the stomach or knee should do it" I sighed and did what I was told.

Suddenly she screamed and fell on her back releasing me.

"Oh my god are you okay?"

I rushed down to her.

"Don't touch me!" I held my hands up in surrender.

"Is everything alright?" Enzo asked looking confused, surely he saw how lightly I hit her.

"She punched me hard in the stomach!"

"What!? I barely even touched you!"

"Not now Aaliyah" Enzo said.

"Lemme have a look" she nodded and let him pull up her shirt revealing and ugly purple and green bruise.

I gasped and stood up.
