Tawny got closer, "Hey hey, it's fine. I'm here to listen. Also it's really not a bother checking on her..." he replied reassuringly.

He frowned, "I just wish there was something more I could do."

Blair looked at him before looking away, he looked up at the place he used to call home and disappeared from beside tawny. He looked around the home and found becca curled up on the couch yet again in her brothers clothes.

Blair reappeared standing on the porch looking down at tawny, "shes still awake. "

Tawny had waited on the front porch, Blair reappearing.

"Alright, well if I ignore you I'm not meaning to be rude. I'm not exactly gonna tell her I see you so uhm... yeah," Tawny said before raising his fist to the door.

He knocked a couple times before standing there, waiting to see if Becca answered. Not expecting her to, if she didn't he wouldn't blame her.

Blair nodded and shifted, becca peeked out the side window, and then moved opening the small window on the door that even looked like a door its self.

"Yeah?" She said lowly.

Blair stared at Becca and frowned, she looked so tired and drained.

"Oh uhm, hi. I'm Blair's friend from the school. My name's Tawny. We had an English class together," he offered a sweet and inviting smile.

"I wanted to come and express my condolences, but also to offer any help that you and your mother shall need," he said softly.

Becca looked at him weirdly and then blair snapped out of it, "the sunflowers are blooming," he said then looked at tawny. "That's our safety sentence, we made it more than just a word," he explained quickly.

Becca turned on the small light and looked over the male, "blair didnt have any...many friends..what are you really here for?"  She didnt sound mean just more questioning.

Blair then looked at his little sister and frowned to himself.

Tawny looked at Becca.

"Well that's the thing though, we were both always too busy to hang out with each other outside of the university. He uhm always talked about the sunflowers being in bloom and something about his younger sister."

"So I never held it against him..." Tawny offered a small smile.

"I had wanted to come over earlier in the week but I wanted to give you both time to mourn. Anyways... so I was taking a walk in the neighborhood and wanted to stop by for a bit," Tawny said softly.

Becca stared at him before she unlocked and opened the door, she stepped out and her arms wrapped around tawny in a tight hug.

Blair wiped his face where his tears would have been, his sadness so strong the porch light flickered and blair was gone.

"Do.. do you wanna come in? Its kinda cold," she pulled back realizing she was still holding onto him.Tawny, had smiled it the hug. Rubbing the small teen's back.

The light turned off and Tawny looked up at it. He then looked at Becca

"Uh, sure if you don't mind," he said, cracking a gentle smile.

Becca nodded and moved so he could come in.

She locked the door behind him and pulled at the sleeves of the jacket, "do you want anything to drink or something?"  She looked up at him with honey hazel eyes, eyes brighter than blairs where as  his were a bit darker seeming.

"Hmm, if water isn't too much of a bother," Tawny said walking into the house. Noticing the striking resemblance of the siblings.

She nodded and grabbed him a water bottle from the fridge,  " here you go, oh! I'm Becca if Blair didn't tell you. We both are pretty forgetful but we try, or well I try " she shrugged and turned tucking her hair back, "im.. gunna go put blairs jacket back in his room, he hated when I touched his stuff without asking," she said and rounded the corner down a hall.

"Yet she still did and does it," he said gently from behind tawny.

"Hey, Uhm Becca?" Tawny called out.

"You know since you like his jacket so much you should keep it with you. I'm sure he would have wanted that. Besides you rock it very well," Tawny called out, before turning around to meet Blair's eyes.

"I hope you didn't mind me saying that..." he whispered to the ghost male, low enough for only him to hear.Blair gave him a smile and shook his head, "she never harmed anything it was just fun to tease her about it. She can wear my clothes all she wants," blair walked into the living room.

"I mean I wear them all the time i have a few he let me keep but i guess the ones I'm not supposed to have are the ones i actually want at this time," becca said as she walked out to tawny holding a bag and a box.

"Hey uh do you like cardigans and music? Or do you have a record player?" She asked nearly all at once setting the things on the table near tawny and grabbed an apple off the table and bit into it as she turned to look up at him.

"Uh, uhm is there a reason you're asking?" Tawny asked looking at her.

"Yeah..uh" Becca nodded, "well blairs birthday is tomorrow and my friend and her mom helped me shop for him..but..now that hes not here he wont be able to open them..and I guess if he trusted you enough to talk to you about me..i figured If..if you'd accept you could open them...for him..and keep them.." she trailed off.

Blair looked over from where he sat on the couch and rested his chin in his hand, "I wish I could hug you.." he muttered lowly

Tawny looked at Becca, tears threatening to fall. He nodded.

"U-uh, I'd love to. I'm sure whatever it is, he would have loved it," he grabbed the little girl's hands, holding it. Really wishing there was something he could do but knew deep down all he could offer was hugs and sweet sentences.

He looked down at the contents in the box.
