"I see. Out of my two classmates, Yoarashi is probably the more likely to make friends with this rag-tag bunch of hooligans. Camie may be good with people our age, but her charms don't tend to work on younger subjects. But is that really what Gang Orca will have them doing all day? Babysitting a bunch of feral children?"

It was utter chaos down below as the kids ran wild and freely - one kid was even soaring through air. Shoto and Bakiugou were still being used as personal punching bags; Yoarashi was curled up on the floor letting the children jump and leap all over him; and Camie was dealing with a bunch of ill-tempered-looking girls.

The children were being completely unreasonable; running amuck everywhere they went. Even their teacher was still crying beside Gang Orca, intense hopelessness and exhaustion exuding from her. However...

"They may be feral children," I said, "but I don't think babysitting is all Gang Orca has in mind for our classmates, today."

"Oh?" Shishikura turned to me, his one eye skeptical of me. "And what else could there be to looking after a bunch of kids? Why force them to work together on such a tedious task?"

"Because the aim of this task isn't just to merely look after the children; it's to save them."

I really had no idea what the ultimate goal for today was - if it was just a form of punishment, or if these kids did just need babysitting. However, Gang Orca didn't seem like the type of guy to do something so pointless. No, there had to be a reason; and by goodness if it wasn't about the four of them changing not only the children's behaviour, but their own...

"The four of you will accomplish this together," Gang Orca called out. "You must win the hearts of these unruly youngsters."

Bakugou immediately irked at that. "What do we look like? Ninnies?!"

"Settle down! The rest of you will have a lecture after your practical exercises. Do you understand?"

"Sir, yes sir!"

With that, the training continued as planned; the rest of the room falling into silence save for the excited squeals and laughter of the school kids. Even though he'd said only a few minutes, Shishikura never told me to leave at any point during the first hour of the training session, too distracted by the chaos below to realise I was still even there.

The separate group trained on the other side of the room, punching and kicking at targets with their quirks. But despite still being present in the same room as the squealing school kids, the room fell into a weighted silence. It was aggravatingly unbearable. It had been almost two hours and Shoto and the others seemed to have made no progress on 'winning the children's hearts.'

"Jeez, you'd think they'd at least play some music in here," I mumbled. "What a complete bomb-"

"THAT'S IT! THE MC IN ME CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!"

Shishikura, his teacher and I all jumped at least a metre out of our seats at the sudden shriek from the across the room. Present Mic was standing in his seat beside a stunned All Might, his whole body seeming to bounce with pent up energy.

"Where's the mood music?" he bellowed. "And would it kill them to have some kind of colour commentary?!"

"Mic," All Might warned, "this is a class. I'm not sure if we're supposed to-"

"I don't care! Someone's gotta inject some soul into this complete buzzkill, All Mighty!" Faster than lightning, Present Mic somehow zipped down onto the arena floor, a small mic from Mera's desk already in his hands. "NOW! Let's get this party started! Oh yeah! The smackdown between the future heroes and the rugrats are..."
