"Extend the stage?" Shoto asked. "How?"
"With your ice, of course. If you could send out multiple pathways of ice surrounding the audience, and if they were wide enough, then maybe the dance team could use them as an extended stage and continue the performance that way. Also, it would give Midoriya a clearer pathway to run Aoyama across as the disco ball."
"Oh wow!" Sero said, his fingers dashing over his keyboard. "That's gonna look super cool! Let's go see what the dance team says."
"I don't know, guys," Kirishima said, sitting back in his chair. "I don't know if we've got enough people to pull this off."
I sweat dropped. "Wow. I know my sketching is rough, but it ain't that bad, right?"
"I think it's a good plan," Shoto interjected, gaining everyone's attention. "We want to make sure everyone enjoys it right - we want to make them smile and feel like they belong. Extending the stage would help us do that."
Koda nodded, too, saying, "I agree with Todoroki. It's a great idea, L/N!"
"Thanks, guys," I said, feeling a warm fuzziness blanket my heart. I really had the best friends - and boyfriend - ever.
"Right," Sero said, "now that that's all sorted, let's go tell the dance team the good news."
"You don't have to tell me twice." Jumping to my feet, I looked at the boys and said, "Who wants to come with me?"
"I will," Kirishima said, already standing up.
"I will, too," Shoto added.
I smiled, already walking towards the entrance of the dorms. "Great, then let's go." The three of us left Sero and Koda in the study room, jogging over to the front door with eager anticipation.
"Dance team!" Kirishima shouted onto the lawn. "New idea! Huh?"
Instead of practicing like I thought they were supposed to be doing, the dance team was all huddled together in the middle of the lawn. I spotted Mr. Aizawa hanging back from crowd, and also a smartly-dressed Togata standing in the middle of the crowd. And also...
"Eri!" I called, running down the steps and sprinting towards the small girl with the biggest smile on my face. Stopping before her, I noticed what she was wearing: a short, red dress with a white, long-sleeved undershirt, grey tights and brown ankle boots. Sitting over her shoulder was also the most adorable red satchel bag I'd ever seen. All together, she was pretty much the epitome of cuteness.
"Oh, it's Eri," Kirishima said, running up beside me and bending down to the girl's height. "Oh wait. We were never actually introduced, were we?"
She shook her head, moving to stand behind Togata slightly. "Are you one of Deku's and Nova's friends?"
I nodded. "Sure is, Eri. Red Riot here was one of the many heroes who came to help you that day, too. He was just off fighting some other guy at the time."
"It's nice to finally meet you, Eri," Kirishima said, his lips splitting to show off his sharp, shark-like teeth.
Most kids would probably cower seeing that smile of his to begin with, but to Eri's merit, she didn't even flinch. Instead, she gave him a small nod of acknowledgement, saying, "It's nice to meet you, too, Red Riot."
Leaving Eri to talk with Kirishima, I walked over to where Mr. Aizawa and Togata stood. "So, not that I'm complaining, but what is Eri doing here, exactly? Has she been officially discharged from the hospital?"
"I got permission from the principal," Mr. Aizawa answered. "In order to avoid additional stress, we're allowing Eri to explore the campus before the festival."
