- get a video of a heartbeat and put it under your pillow (you can get one with affirmations in bedded in it or not it's your choice) then lay down in any position (i would recommend laying on your stomach)
- then close your eyes, relax, and imagine you are laying on a person from your DR/WR's chest. You have to fully visualise it for full effect, what do you smell? what do you feel? what do you hear? don't forget to focus on the heartbeat too.
- then when you think you feel ready (or the video has ended) visualise that person asking you 'are you ready to go?' if you are ready, imagine them leading you to a door, they open it and walk you through it (your DR/WR should be on the other side but before you go through you should see a bright white light).
- then start affirming to yourself things like: "I have shifted", "I am a good shifter", "I am in my DR/WR", "it's so easy for me to shift" etc.
- then you should feel like your falling, while you feel like your falling try to sleep and you should wake up in your DR/WR.
