I was an idiot. I'd ran away from the girl I loved when she needed me most.
We'd both said some stupid things, and neither of us was technically wrong. It would've been easy to get past, but I had to run away.
I'd run to the bus and told them that Lizzie was awake, but then ran off again. I'd stayed in a hotel the last couple of days, not wanting to hear Tyler and Jenna call me stupid. I already knew.
I eventually made my way back to the bus, walking inside and sighing.
Jenna was the first to yell at me.
"You're such an idiot! Liz has just got on a plane to England, and she wanted to say goodbye to you! You weren't here!"
"She's gone?"
"Yep. Her mum is taking her back to England as she isn't allowed to work for a few months. She left this for you."
Jenna passed me a badly folded piece of paper.
Hey Josh,
By the time you read this, I'll probably be on a plane on my way home.
Well, not really home, because over the last few months I've discovered that home is wherever you are.
As I'm not allowed to work for a while, mum wants me to go back to England.
I wish I had been able to tell you that I'm sorry for yelling at you in the hospital. It honestly means so much to me that you care about me enough to cancel a tour. It shocked me, I guess, it was a huge deal.
Anyway, if you don't hate me, maybe I can come back on tour when I'm better? This has been the most fun I've ever had in my life, and falling in love with you was the most incredible thing to ever happen to me.

As soon as I finished reading, I sat down with my head in my hands. Tyler took the paper from my hands and read it, then passed it onto Jenna.
"What are you going to do?"
I sighed.
"We should do the tour, up until our Christmas break. Then I'll fly to England, and bring her back. I'd follow her now, but the fans have waited too long, and Lizzie needs to rest."
Jenna nodded. "That sounds like a good idea. We don't want to bombard her with too much whilst she's recovering."
Although I wanted to surprise her at Christmas, I knew that right now she probably thought I hated her. So the plan was to do something small, that proved I was still completely in love with her.
