Through A Scope (Sinon X Reader)

Chapter 20 - Fimbulwinter

"Speaking of playing, where's Yuuki?" You ask. "Isn't she the one who dragged us on here?"
"Good point," Sinon opens her menu and selects the friend list. She scans through it until she finds Yuuki's name and taps it. "It says she's on Aincrad's 22nd floor right now — probably at Kirito's house. Shall we head up to meet with her?" You nod your head and take flight towards the castle in the sky.

"I'll leave these two in your care," A familiar voice says. You begin to hear footsteps making their way to the door before it opens in front of you. "Ah, Sinon! U/N!" It was Kikuoka — or Chrysheight in ALO. "There's a little surprise in there for you! I, however, need to get going. Have fun! Oh, and congratulations, you too!" Chrysheight walks forward a few steps and took flight, leaving us outside the cabin. 

"Who told him?" You ask Sinon as you make your way to the door.
"Your guess is as good as mine." She replies. You turn the handle and push the door open. What greeted you was something you weren't expecting. In front of you was Liz, Silica, Yuuki, Klein, Agil, Yui, Akira, Kureha, Zeliska, and two others.

"Y/N, Sinon!" Yuuki runs to you both. "You're just in time!"
"Remember these two?" Liz says. "This is Alice and Eugeo. Kikuoka decided to let these two 'advance their AI' or something along those lines. I don't know, he started mentioning a bunch of techy stuff that no one understood. All that matters is that they're here now."

"Welcome to the group," You say to them.

"Apollo? Solus? What are you two doing here?" Alice asks.

"Oh, erm... That's not our real names." Sinon explains.

"That's right."Eugeo looks deep in thought. "If I remember correctly, Sta- Asuna mentioned a Sinon and a U/N?"

"That's us," Sinon confirms. "But, on another topic, are we not going to talk about the snow outside?"

"I was wondering about that." Silica said. "Do you know what's happening, Yui?" Yui closes her eyes for a bit.

"It seems that the Automated Quest Generator has implemented another event into the game. A new realm has been added; I recommend heading to the World Tree." 

"That'll be quite the journey from where we are now," You said. "And do we have any potions to use when we get there?"

"On top of that, does Alice and Eugeo even know how to fly? Do they have equipment?" Akira asks.

"We should split into groups," Sinon suggests. "Some of us should buy potions and items like that, another group should buy Alice and Eugeo some equipment. Two or three should stay behind to help Alice and Eugeo use their wings."

"Silica, Agil, and I can go get these two some stuff." Liz offers.

"Yui, Zeliska, and I will stay and help these two fly," Yuuki said.

"I think I'll stay here and help these two!" Klein says. Although you can't help but feel he has ulterior motives. You begin to notice Klein sneaking glances in a specific direction so you take a look for yourself. Ah. He's going after Zeliska.

"I'm guessing the rest of you will go shopping for healing and mana potions and the like?" Yuuki asks.

"Sounds like it. Let's meet back here in about thirty minutes. That should be enough time." You say while leaving the cabin. You, Sinon, Akira, and Kureha make your way to the Aincrad's first floor to buy some potions for the group.

"How about we split up as well?" Akira said. "Kureha and I can get the healing and mana potions while you two can get the buffing potions." Everyone agrees and heads towards their separate market stands.
