I'm No Different. ( ChaeYu / ChaeTzu )

When the second years and older entered the Great Hall to prepare for the Hat Sorting and feast, Tzuyu felt a sense of Deja Vu and a wave of emotions hit her. All of her longing for this magical place nearly moved her to tears as she sat down with her house. She smiled at all of the familiar faces which, of course, included Mina. Jungkook had gotten a little taller so he was finally taller than the girl who was two years younger than him. He even boasted about being taller than the  amazing Ravenclaw Chaser. Wendy, who was now a 7th year with Reyna and Mark just bopped him in the head to sit down as they waited for the first years to come in. 

Tzuyu could feel her leg shaking with either anxiety, excitement, anticipation or all three at the same time. She actually wanted to meet a new kid and maybe help them out if they have problems. She quickly turned to where all the Gryffindors were and looked for Chaeyoung. She immediately spotter the red head talking with Jeongyeon and Gryffindors Rosé and Lisa. Last year, they learned that Rosé's Korean name is Chaeyoung and they bonded over 2Chae. Chaeyoung probably felt eyes on her or it was their best friend bracelet connection or something because she turned around and looked around before locking eyes with Tzuyu. who smiled. Chaeyoung smiled back and they did some form of silent communication that involved pointing, hand signs, and mouthing words.

"What are you doing? Throwing gang signs? I thought the hood was an American thing," Jungkook frowned and the others laughed at what he said.

"Eh?" Mina blinked and looked at Tzuyu with surprise. As someone who had been born and travelled to America a couple of times, hearing gang signs and Tzuyu being associated with one another was like...a Penguin in the Amazon. 

"What's a hood?" Tzuyu frowns and the others laugh. The tall girl looks from them back to Chaeyoung with the same confused expression which causes the shorter girl in the table over to tilt her head in curiosity and, well, confusion as well. 

"OK everyone! Please! Settle down!" Professor McGonagall announces as Professor Shacklebolt walks out to retrieve the first years.

When the first years come in, there's at least a hundred of them and they're all pretty short. Especially if Tzuyu stood up and stood next to them. Professor Shacklebolt lifts up the sorting hat, unrolls a scroll, and reads out everyone's names. Each kid, one by one, gets sorted into a house and they all cheer when a kid is put in their house. She gently assured a girl who seemed apprehensive and nervous to sit next to her. They all learned her name is Lia and that she's muggleborn. Tzuyu introduces herself before the others and assures her that she'll be okay. They all discover that her fellow muggleborn friend is named Yeji and was put in Slytherin. Everyone pales and exchanges a look of worry which makes the other girl go from nervous to worried. 

"W-what? Is that bad?" She asks and the others sigh but Mina is the one who softly speaks up. 

"People in Slytherin aren't too fond of us muggleborns...most of them are okay with us but some still cling to a very outdated idea that muggleborns and muggles are all trash," Mina explains. "We have some friends in Slytherin that have probably already taken in your friend to keep her away from the outdated Slytherins."

"If they haven't gotten to her yet, then we'll get our friends to be with your friend," Wendy explains and Lia nods slowly.

They all turn around to the Slytherin table and Lia points out Yeji who was sitting next to Nayeon adn they all let out a sigh of relief. They waved to Yeji and Nayeon, both of which waved back with small smiles. 

"She'll be okay, she's with my cousin," Tzuyu says, "My cousin and I are purebloods but all of our friends don't care about blood status or anything so she'll probably meet the tolerant Slytherins through Nayeon."
