I'm No Different. ( ChaeYu / ChaeTzu )

"I don't want to study charms for another three hours!" Momo whines at breakfast one cool April morning. 

"OWLs start in two weeks, Momo-chan!" Mina scolds her, "Although I don't have to take them until next year, you do!"

"But-" Momo starts but is interrupted by Nayeon's loud groan.

"I stayed up late last night studying charms and boy do I wish someone could windgardium me because I'd rather float up and never come down," Nayeon sighs as she shoves eggs and sausage onto her plate.

"That can be arranged," Tzuyu says simply.

"What?" Nayeon looks to her younger cousin.

"What?" The younger girl looks up at her innocently, earning a glare. 

At that, everyone laughed. They've been through quite a bit this school year. Recently, the groups have been splitting away into study groups to study for exams and OWLs but meal times is when they can all talk and hang out. The three Eldest spend the most time together with others in their year in study groups for OWLs. Sana, Jihyo, and Mina spend time together on their finals. Since Dahyun is the only one of her year in their friend group, she studies with other girls in her year. That leaves the two youngest to study with each other; not that they didn't already do that already. The exams are pretty hard this year but Tzuyu, being the genius she is, knows everything and spends most of her time tutoring her best friend.

"You know, it's a shame Ravenclaw didn't win," Chaeyoung says after an hour of studying.

"Yeah...we were close to winning this year...only 10 points off," Tzuyu says distractedly as she checks Chaeyoung's answers on the properties of specific objects.

"We've been studying for days and so far we've studied for a full hour," Chaeyoung says and Tzuyu nods without looking up, "Maybe we can—"

"Nope," Tzuyu chuckles and finally looks up at her. "You got five out of twelve wrong, find out what's wrong with these five and then we can have a break."

"Ugggghhhhhh," The slightly older girl groaned, took her paper from Tzuyu and went to work.

"Chaengie, you're smart but whatever you learn just comes out selectively," Tzuyu chuckles, "It's really weird but really funny."

"Damn, Tzuyu-ya...I thought we were friends," Chaeyoung shakes her head with fake disappointment.

"The bestest," Tzuyu smiles and points down to the paper causing Chaeyoung to groan, stick out her tongue, and start working again.

"So who do you work with again when you study?" Sana asks Dahyun as they all eat dinner.

"Sakura, Soojin, and Elkie," Dahyum lists before taking a bite of chicken pot pie.

"Oh, you study with Elkie?" Tzuyu asks.

"Yeah, you two know each other?" Dahyun asks.

"Same History Of Magic classes," Tzuyu says casually.

"Damn, imagine taking three classes with people of other years," Jeongyeon says, "You're something else, Tzu."

"So is this Elkie person...nice?" Sana asks with an eyebrow raised.

"Um, yeah?" Tzuyu frowns at the suspicious Minatozaki Sana.

"Interesting...does she have a boyfriend or girlfriend?" Sana asks and the two younger girls just shrug.

"Even if she did, I wouldn't know," Dahyun says and Sana nods at that response.

"Ya know, I've been meaning to ask," Sana turns from Dahyun to Tzuyu, "Are you interested in anyone?"

"I'm going to turn 13 in like two months, I don't think Nayeon unnie would let any relationship like that continue at my age," Tzuyu scowls.

"Hey! I'm not that crazy," Nayeon chides, "I'd just make sure they know that no one is good enough for you."

"Well then," Jeongyeon chuckles as she steals some French fries from Nayeon.

"Hey!" Nayeon proceeds to pounce her girlfriend and everyone looks away, knowing it will turn sappy any minute now.

"I know you two aren't into each other like this...for now...but you two would be the most expected couple," Sana says to Tzuyu and Chaeyoung.

"Wow, again with that, huh?" Chaeyoung chuckles quietly but the others could see a slight dust of pink on her cheeks.

"Wait...for now?" Tzuyu blinks and Sana just shrugs before turning back to Dahyun and smothering her with affection.

"Sometimes I don't understand what goes on in Sana unnies mind..." Tzuyu shakes her head and goes back to eating.

"Wait, do you understand it most of the time?" Chaeyoung blinks and Tzuyu just smirks as she chews her potatoes.

A few more weeks pass and it's mid May, their school year is ending and they somehow made it through all of their finals exams and OWLs. They spend the rest of the school year reviewing in their classes but there's no homework. Tzuyu gives Chaeyoung her address so that when her Aunt and Uncle go away in August, they can write one another. Her grandmother is deaf so she wouldn't hear the owls when they're exchanged. Her grandmother also doesn't leave the house a lot so she can sneak outside to retrieve letters.

"I'll write you first so you know when to write me," Tzuyu says, "And this year we'll be going to the Station your way to go to Platform 9 3/4!" Tzuyu says with excitement.

"Wait...how do you get there most of the time?" Momo cuts into their conversation after a long nap.

"They apparate," Tzuyu blinks and Momo nods before closing her eyes again.

"OK, cool, I'll be waiting for your owl," Chaeyoung smiles but then Momo whistles and the two throw grass at the older girl's face.

"Mmmm grass, yum," Momo says and the two younger smile devilishly at one another before using an enlargement spell to make all of the little grasses 50 times bigger.

"...did you guys just turn Momo unnie into a salad," They turn around and look up at Mina who returned with onion ring chips

"Perhaps," Chaeyoung chuckles and Mina sighs as she throws one bag to the other two and drops the other on Momo's salad face.

"Order's up."

Tzuyu is really smart and takes advanced classes for Charms, History of Magic, and Potions.
