"What's this?" Tzuyu hears in the hall one early morning in the middle of July.

"None of your business," She hears Nayeon say.

"Who is this Jeongyeon? Are you dating someone?" Her dad asks sharply.

"Someone I care about" Nayeon raises her voice, "And what if I am?"

"Great Merlin, her last name is Yoo? As in the Aurors that died arresting Tzuyu's parents?" Her mother asks loudly. "How dare you even associate with such muddied offspring!"

"I knew you weren't hanging with the right crowd but with mudbloods and their sympathizers?" Her dad scoffs, "What the bloody hell is wrong with you?"

"Nothing, actually," Nayeon growls, "The only thing that's wrong is your old fashion, oppressive, discriminatory ways!"

"I can't look at you," Her mother gasps in disbelief, "You're grounded."

"No leaving your room until we say so," Her father growls and slams the door closed.

Whatever her Aunt and Uncle discovered just exposed her and Nayeon's friendship. Just when she thought all she had to do is last another week and a half with these godforsaken people...something happens. She slowly gets up and takes off her friendship bracelet. She walks to the other side of her room, takes out a bag and puts it inside of there. She had already put several spells and jinxes on it, incase someone other then herself tries to open it. She starts to put it back inside of her Ravenclaw jacket pocket but she realizes that her relatives might search her room next. She can't let them find all of the drawings, encouraging messages, and bracelet from Chaeyoung. She puts it in the gutter above her and covers it with whatever leaves are in there. When she's done, she climbs back inside of her room, silently closes the window and changes into clothes for the day. When she exits her room, she pauses to cast a glance at Nayeon's door before proceeding down the hall and stairs. When she turns into the kitchen, her Aunt and Uncle are sitting there, stiffly eating their breakfast.

"Tzuyu, we're searching your room," Her Aunt says, her voice as cold as ice.

"Ok," She says simply and sits down in her seat, not glancing at her cousin's empty place mat.

"It seems that the both of you have been associating with mudbloods and more inferior folk," Her Uncle says in disgust, "But from what we've found out, Nayeon has dragged you into it...I can't believe her..."

"Turns out you are better in the end," Her Aunt sighs with so much disappointment, "Althought you aren't perfect...for being a Ravenclaw...you have high grades, you're on the Quidditch team, and you haven't gotten yourself into trouble this year. When Nayeon was chosen as Prefect, I thought she had become everything we hoped...but no, she's just the Slytherin house's pity case."

"Before we leave next month, I'm going to review everything with you two," Her Uncle says, "Don't make me go inside of your heads..."

Tzuyu paled at that.

If her Uncle went inside their heads, they'd see everything.

They'd be doomed.

They'd never be able to go back to Hogwarts.

She'd never see her friends again.

She'd never see Chaeyoung again.

"Of course, Uncle," Tzuyu says simply as she swallows her eggs. When she's done, the maid takes the food and as she walks out, she quietly follows the maid. "Excuse me, Miss."

"Mistress Chou?" The maid asks and Tzuyu puts a finger to her lips.

"Please tell Nayeon-unnie to study Occlumency when you give her her food," Tzuyu whispers and the maid nods. "Thank you."
