When an unexpected visitor comes

Megan's POV

I got a text on my phone as I was sitting at my desk doing paperwork, I got to say I miss being at the firehouse I wish I was there but I'm not and that's okay there reasoning why and I'm okay with that.

I got focused back on my work until... My phone beeped again for a text  I sat down my pen and turned on my phone to only see a text from Peter. I look at the message and I immediately stood up still looking the message. 'Please we need you at the firehouse.' 'I know we aren't on good tirms but we need you here like now' 'please hurry it likely someone might get hurt please come Megan.'
As soon as I saw those text I immediately started to run out the door even with people like my secretary yelling for me because I will probably end up missing my meeting that I was supposed to be at with the fire commissioner.

By the time I was in the car I didn't even take the elevator I ran down 10 flights of stairs to get to my car. I put my car in drive and started to speed with my lights on for some reason I have a pit in my stomach telling me I will end up walking in on something horrible.

As soon as I got out of my car speed walking up in heals are not suggested to do, I went into the garage and swung the door open that went into the common room.

when I walked in I saw Casey and gorsh neck and neck. thats when the Authority and me took over after I saw the scene and everyone watching.

"BOTH OF YOU BACK THE HELL UP NOW" I said yelling and after I did they immediately stepped back or should I say at least Casey did. I walked closer to both of them so if this took a turn and I need to intervene.

"now one of you tell me what is happening here."

"He started it" they both said at the same time.

I roll my eyes and look at them "what are you in the 5th grade?" I asked. No one said a thing.

"Okay I didn't think so, now someone tell me what's going on here-" but before I could finish my sentence gorsh cut me off

"Don-" he started and I given him a glare the make him shut up immediately.

"As I was saying, Casey what happened here?" I asked turn toward him and ignoring the glare I saw gorsh give him.

"As you probably already know me and him have some history together." He said and then again gorsh started to talk again to butt in but this time I wasn't having it. I turn towards him.

"I swear to god if you don't stop talking I will take those beguiles that are on the shirt and shove them back into my pocket, and fire you fast them you can say anything else. I don't want to here another word from you do I make myself clear?" I asked him and all he did was shake his head then I went back to Casey.

"Well then you would know in the academy he made a comment about my family and I hit him across the face. he then again started today to make comment about my family and thats how that confrontation started today." he said.

"okay so let me get this clear gorsh started making confrontation by bringing up a subject that he knew he shouldn't be bringing up and it was an inappropriate time to be bringing that conversation up so you both started getting at each other for it?"I questioned, looking at them both.

"yes ma'am thats how it started." Casey said and then I turn to face gorsh

"I don't even have words for you right now." as I said that he had a smirk on his face. "I swear to God if you don't wipe that smirk off your face I will give you something to wipe that smirk off your face with. I hope you realize I have missed currently my meeting with the fire commissioner so what is now going to happen is course you're on temporary leave and most likely you are going to get fired-" as I was talking he started to talk.

"Please I really need this job please." He started begging me

"oh now you want to start thinking about your career as I was saying you are on temporary leave and you'll most likely get fired because we don't deal with the stuff and I hope you also know I've heard a lot of what's been going on here, actually I'll save you the trouble of having to go explained to the fire commissioner of why I miss my meeting with him and I'll just save you the trouble of it all... And as of the nice person I am I'm going to spell this out for you because I know you won't be able to get it unless I spell it out for you." I stated

"YOU ARE FIRED." I stated to him

"but you can't do that." he said to me before I was able to speak again

"oh but I can and I did I hope you realize who you're talking to you're talking to the deputy fire commissioner the one who decided to give you a chance in the very beginning when honestly the very first mistake you made I should've fired your ass. Now I'm just realizing how many mistakes I have let slip under me. And let me tell you that won't happen ever again because not only are you fired I will make sure you never get a job with the Chicago fire department or any fire department ever. The moment you through that first punch while you were in training is the first moment I knew I would be enjoying this day and firing your ass." I said to him walking closer. he stood their not able to speak.

"so as of now I am going to need your bugles and I'm going to need your badge and your badge to the Ivory tower. And what you're going to do is you're going to take that company work car back to the Averi tower which you're going to buzz in and give those keys to my secretary and the only thing at this moment that I need to hear coming out of your mouth is 'yes ma'am' do you understand?" I said to him giving him instructions to what he needs to do. After oh that, he gives me what I told him he needs to personally give me and then he walked out of the building. I then turned around to Matt.

"I'm sorry, I don't know what he personally said to you and honestly I've always been disgusted of the way he's talked to people. It will never happen again I can promise you that." I said then turning around to all of them.

"And to all of you I'm sorry that I put him in this house. Honestly I wasn't really thinking about what I was doing I just had to find someone to finish off the inspection. I can tell you this will never happen again. And I will personally make sure of that. I'm sorry you all had to put up with him. I am going to say that this inspection is done so you guys don't have to deal with anything else or anyone else being in your house. And I will come back around when I come do the EMS. Again I'm so sorry, but at this time I need to go make sure someone actually does what they're told. I will see you all again soon." I said turning around to leave.

Oh guys I really need help I have no idea what to do next what do you wanna see with this book where do you want this book to go. Please guys I really need your suggestions and I will make sure to do whatever is in the suggestions if I possibly can please guys please help me I'm in the major writers block.
