Picking up the TV remote, he pressed the mute button as the sound from the TV suddenly stopped. The whole room went silent as he stared down at the screen.

"Yawn." A girl with platinum blonde hair rolled her eyes. "This Sports Festival is so boring. I don't want to watch this anymore."

"You're only saying that because you're not there killing everyone." One of the men there with black hair looked annoyed.

"What makes you think I would want to attack a place with hundreds of heroes at it?"

"Because I think you're that stupid and besides, we're supposed to be studying Quirks so how about you shut your mouth and keep studying, Vexy."

"Don't call me 'Vexy' when you know it's Vex and I can't study when you're too busy being annoying, Blitz."

"Shut it." A man with white hair suddenly interrupted them, taking them by surprise. "Shut it, both of you. You're giving me a headache."

"Sorry." They apologized at the same time, showing little remorse.

"Blitz could give anyone a headache. You learn to live with it..." Coming from the shadows was a brown haired man as he shrugged. "...Vapor."

"So you say something about me but not Vex." Blitz mumbled under his breath, not being heard.

"Still, watching the Sports Festival is wonderful. We can see how nobody's seen through our lie yet."

"No." Moving away her blonde hair, a woman gave off a scowl. "Someone will see through it sooner or later. It's a matter of time."

"Have some hope, Oni." Vex sat down on a crate, crossing her legs. "Just because we're villains doesn't mean you have to be gloomy all the time."

"Yeah, lighten up." Next to Oni was a man with messy dark green hair.

"Get away from me, Terra." Oni took out a gun and pointed it in his face. "Now."

"Calm down."

"Oni's right." Blitz said to most of their surprise as he put his hands in his pockets. "I still don't trust Delux. I don't think she'll be able to keep it up for long."

"Well, if Delux ends up failing..." The brown haired man made his way towards the door. "I guess she'll die."

Vapor watched him for a few more seconds and then blinked. "I hope you're not going to the Sports Festival."

"Relax, Leader. I'm just stealing something for us to eat. I'll get Chinese food, alright?"

"I'll come with you." Vex grabbed her metal cube and followed behind him until they were both out the door.

Blitz stared down the door, knowing they were already gone. "Why does Vex always want to be with him?"

"Ignore it." Vapor faced towards the screen again with narrowed eyes. "Forget about them.

We have better things to be worrying about."

Tsubu kept her eyes down at the table, sitting next to Nagakami in the waiting room.

"The fighting tournament is next..." Kanetsu sounded slightly nervous, a small frown on his face.

"Fighting is honestly my strong suit." Karada put up an arm as if to flex a muscle. "This is actually a chance for me to show off to the heroes."

"All I do is use my Quirk to fight. I never think about actually using my fists usually."

"You should practice fighting without your Quirk soon." Suru suggested to him, his elbow on the table as he rested his head on his hand. "It'll be helpful in the future."
