Sakura is upset when Sasuke doesn't try to save her after she got herself impaled by Madara. Admittedly, in this scene Sakura behavior was silly and kind of pathetic and it's one of the reasons I complain that she is poorly written and another reason why her character regressed in many ways, starting at the Land of Iron arc.
Even so, fans fail to interpret scenes from Sakura's perspective and consider the limitations of Sakura's knowledge and how that might realistically influence her behavior. The fanbase seems to live under the misconception that the cast of Naruto is reading the manga script right alongside us readers. It's easy to shake your head at Sakura in this scene and scoff, "of course Sasuke isn't here for you!". However, fans need to take a more nuanced approach to this and remember this scene with context, because that Sasuke isn't there for Naruto and Sakura isn't actually so obvious.
Roughly two weeks ago, this is the last time Sakura saw Sasuke:

And then he shows up at the war, stating this:

That's a huge change, going from one extreme to the opposite extreme in a matter of days, with no context in-between. Why the drastic change? What triggered Sasuke extreme change of heart, that changed him from a psycho madman hellbent on destroying Konoha and spewing deranged notions, to the calm, collected ally calmly announcing his intentions to protect and lead Konoha?
Who or what motivated Sasuke to go from wanting to destroy people to wanting to protect them?
Naruto never explained Sasuke's past with Itachi to Sakura, so Sakura is entirely in the dark concerning Sasuke's motives, which leaves her only with conjecture and hypotheses. Since she had so little info on Sasuke's life for the past 4 years, entertaining the theory that Sasuke is there for her and Naruto isn't farfetched from her perspective. In fact, from Sakura' point of view, that is really the most plausible hypothesis.
Sakura could infer that Sasuke wants to fight in the war because he cares about the world all of a sudden, but that directly contradicts his feelings he expressed in the Land of Iron.
