To debunk the claims that Sasuke only had a daughter to continue the Uchiha clan bloodline: Sasuke has never cared about prolonging his clan's genetic bloodline for the entirety of Naruto and Shippuden, and it would be random and uncharacteristic for him to suddenly start caring about it all of a sudden.
Some fans incorrectly misinterpret Sasuke's stated intention to restore his clan to mean he's planning to have kids in the future to revive his clan. This is a serious misunderstanding of what Sasuke meant. No, Sasuke was not already thinking about becoming a father at 12 years old; he actually had zero intentions or interest in starting a family until he was an adult. From his perspective, having a family wasn't even a viable or realistic option for him, so he shoved off thinking about any romantic or familial entanglements until after his redemption, when Naruto helped him to start thinking beyond mere purpose and revenge and saving the world.
The idea that 12-year-old Sasuke had reproduction on his mind (when he consistently showed little to no romantic interest in girls in Part I) is absurd and disturbing. If interpreted that way, Sasuke is shamelessly flaunting to his new teammates that he intends to spend a lot of time on procreation in the future. Not something someone as chivalrous, reserved, and socially cautious as Sasuke is would ever say to people he doesn't know well. Actually, it's not something he'd blatantly admit to anyone.
When Sasuke declared he would restore his clan, he meant that he would restore honor to his clan, not that he was intending to have lots and lots of children. Sasuke even confirms his intentions in Shippuden when he declared that he has started to restore his clan by killing Danzo:

Clearly nothing to do with having kids.
If Sasuke were truly intent on restoring his clan's bloodline, he would have had several children, at least two or three and likely many more. But he only has one, and canonically he even says that Sarada was born because he loved Sakura (making it evident that his having Sarada had nothing to do with continuing the clan's bloodline). Sasuke's line to Sarada, "because you exist", speaks volumes about his philosophy on romance and families. Even as cold as the adult Sasuke can seem, Sasuke actually holds a pure and innocuous picture of marriage: love comes first, and out of that love, children are born. Trying to produce as many babies as possible isn't his goal, and to think so says more about your own depraved mentality than about Sasuke's.

If Sasuke only cared about his genetic bloodline, I think he would be pushing Sarada to grow more quickly into her genetic abilities. But never once have we seen Sasuke show interest or concern in his daughter reaching her potential as an Uchiha. He is content with allowing Sarada to grow at her own pace and to choose whatever path in life she wishes without ever trying to force he own wishes for Sarada's future on his daughter. Never once have I heard him mention anything about how precious or special the Uchiha clan or the Uchiha bloodline is in Boruto; he doesn't even care if Sarada's a shinobi or not if she doesn't want to be. It's obvious that he was never concerned about his clan's bloodline being preserved, so I don't know why people assume that he cares about it.

In Sasuke's love life, he's not raunchy or inappropriate, he is rather respectful and chivalrous. He's not undesirably over-sexual and he's not a flirty playboy. He treats romance with maturity and takes marriage seriously as the lifelong commitment it is.
It's also amusing when anti-SasuSaku fans try to claim that due to his criminal background, Sasuke had slim pickings for picking a partner. What a stupid claim when it's shown that Ino and Karin both still had a crush on Sasuke by the time Shippuden ends. Sasuke would've had zero trouble getting them to agree to marry him if he'd tried. Not to mention that Sasuke is still extremely handsome, and no doubt he could travel far enough to somewhere where he wasn't recognized if finding a mate was the problem. Girls had always swarmed him before and his physical beauty would make finding a partner super easy if he ever felt like trying. Besides, in-universe people aren't that bothered by Sasuke's former criminal status. In fact, people had already placed immense trust in Sasuke thanks to Naruto and it would've been a piece of cake for Sasuke to attract many woman due to his handsome physical features. Sasuke regained the trust he had lost at an astonishingly quick rate, so finding a woman who'd agree to marry him would've been easy for him. I don't know why people assume that Sakura was his only available option, when that is clearly not the case. Sasuke has hundreds of options apart from Sakura, but it's telling that Sakura was the one he chose anyway.
