After Sakura is captured by Shin, Sasuke may appear outwardly uncaring to those who don't know him well (like Sarada, who is upset by her father's seeming lack of concern over of his wife's capture), but to those who know him well (like Naruto, who isn't bothered by Sasuke's behavior and in fact attempts to defend Sasuke's behavior because he understands Sasuke's way of processing emotion), Sasuke is not unfeeling, just self-controlled, pragmatic and reserved with showing his true feelings.
