Ironically Sakura said something similar in Shippuden in a kind of role reversal when she wanted to save Sasuke (another indication Sasuke and Sakura seem to be on the same wavelength more than one might think at a glance), saying that crying doesn't save Sasuke:

Secondly, Sasuke was in a great hurry at Orochimaru's hideout. Even Naruto, who is always determined and focused when it comes to protecting or helping his friends, advised Sasuke to slow down and proceed more cautiously. Sasuke carries out his mission to save Sakura with haste, belying his true feelings. He wants to rush to Sakura's aid as quickly as possible, to the point where even Naruto thinks Sasuke should be less reckless and more cautious.

Later, Sasuke snaps and at Sarada and Naruto in irritation for loitering in Orochimaru's lair and looks angry for them wasting so much time, yet another example of his impatience to help his wife.

Thirdly, Sasuke's attitude towards Shin and his clones makes it apparent that Sasuke is completely hacked off at Shin for kidnapping his wife. In the first half of Shippuden, Sasuke showed mercy to his opponents, adopting a no-kill policy (with the exception of Itachi). After his redemption, Sasuke returned to having a high regard for human life and had no problem showing mercy to enemies, even ones trying to kill him, like Chino. Yet Sasuke is completely hacked at the Shin clones and ready to kill them (dare I say he wants to kill them?), a reaction stemming from his fury at Shin and his clones for targeting his clan/family. Sasuke's murderous intent belies his rage that is largely concealed but burning passionately within nonetheless. The Shin clones were only children after all, and if they hadn't attacked his wife and daughter, I doubt Sasuke would have been so angry at them nor so willingly ready to kill them. But they had tried to hurt his family, and as a result Sasuke seemed perfectly fine with killing the clones.

In fact Sasuke criticized Naruto not just once but multiple times for being too soft and lenient when Naruto showed mercy to the clones.

Yes, Sasuke, we heard you the first time. But his insistence on killing the Shin clones is yet another indicator of how hacked off Sasuke is. Sasuke's reaction shows how protective he is of his family and his fury at those who dare to threaten or endanger his wife and daughter. Sasuke won't stand for people trying to kill his family and he'll be merciless to those who dare to harm his wife and daughter.
