I've added some songs that helped inspire this chapter! I highly recommend taking a listen :)

Song: Overdrive by Conan GrayYou and Mikey had never gone out with just the two of you so this was both exciting and scary at the same time. Being seen together up until this point had been a no no. Yet, here the two of you were getting ready to go for a ride out with just the two of you in public. No Toman, no anyone with you. Mikey had already started his bike while you stood to the side, almost anticipating him to back out of the idea. He turned his head to you and asked "You coming or what?" A soft grin spreading across his face. You smiled in return and climbed on the back of the bike with him. "Remember to hold on okay." He said as he kicked the stand up on the bike and revved the bike, letting out a loud roar from the engine. Just like the first time you wrapped your arms around his stomach gripping the material of his shirt.
He slowly pulled the bike out of the garage and the two of you were off down the road headed toward the city. It was really happening. He slowly began increasing his speed as he reached the city limits. The neon lights from the buildings passing by in a colorful blur as he continued to fly through the streets. Weaving in out between other vehicles and pedestrians. You tilted your head back a bit letting the wind hit you, blowing through your hair. It was almost like flying. Mikey pushed his speed higher. The vibration of the bike and the amount of speed you were traveling sent a shiver of excitement up your spine. You let out a laugh, you were having so much fun you couldn't help it. This was amazing, you could see exactly why Mikey and the others loved this. Mikey glanced at you through his rear view mirror as your smile continued to spread across your face. He chuckled as he smiled as well.
"I got somewhere I want to show you." He said as he started down a path off the main road. The road turned into a dirt road after a few minutes, going further and further from the main road. 'Where is he going?' You thought as it seemed you were getting further from the city into he middle of what seemed like nowhere. He pulled the bike into what looked like a dirt parking area. He turned the bike off and waited for you to get off first. "What is this place?" You asked as he climbed off the bike next. "You'll see. I promise you'll like it." He said as he started toward a set of stone steps, you were sure to stay close behind him. When you reached the top you were met with the view of the city from above. Mikey looked back at you with a eager look on his face, searching your face for the satisfaction of the view. You stood there with your eyes wide, taking it all in. "Mikey...." you was all you could manage as you walked with him to the railing at the edge of the cliff.
"Isn't it beautiful." He said as he leaned over the railing. Seeing the city at night on his balcony was gorgeous but this was amazing. Almost magical. "How did I not know this was here?" You asked. "Honestly I don't think a lot of people do. People are too caught up in the city life that places like this go unnoticed. When in reality, this is the place to be. I come here on nights when I can't sleep or just need to clear my head." He said, gazing out over the edge. "Thanks for bringing me here Mikey. This is just amazing. There just isn't words to describe how beautiful this is." You said to him. You couldnt help but admire him in this moment. He looked so relaxed, not like his usual tense and serious self. It's amazing how different he was away from everyone. Not to mention how different he was since the first time you started coming over. the fake facade that he put on for other people slowly disappeared with each visit, each conversation, each laugh you shared.
You snapped out of your daydream with the sudden drop of rain started to hit you. Within seconds heavy rain began to pour from sky. "What the hell!!" Mikey yelled as the rain began pelting him. Without a word he grabbed you by the arm and began pulling you. You were full running to keep up with his speed as he pulled you toward what looked like a small gazebo.
Song: Found by Zach Webb
As the two of you finally made it under the covering you were drenched. "That came out of nowhere." You said as you stood there dripping on the wood floor of the gazebo. "You're telling me." He said with an annoyed look on his face. The rain poured down around the gazebo in buckets. The sound of the rain filling the covering as it pounded on the roof. "I feel like wet rat now." You laughed as you started ringing the water out of your shirt. You looked back up at Mikey who was just standing there looking at you now. "What?" You asked as you stared back at him. He extended his arm to push a wet strand of hair that had fallen into your face. Tucking it behind your ear, but instead of removing his hand he left it cupped over your cheek.
You quickly froze, searching his face for an answer to the sudden change in actions. His face displayed his usual blank stare but instead of the intense stare his eyes had a soft almost scared look to them. His features had softened from before. You stared back at him in silence as the rain continued to fall around you. Without hesitation he pulled your face in and locked his lips with yours in the softest kiss. A long kiss. This one was different from the ones you shared so many times before during the throws of passion between his sheets late at night. This one didn't send sparks or electricity through your body, this one was a warm sensation. Almost like that first sip of cocoa on a cold day that slowly warms you from the inside out.
He brought his other hand up to cup the other side of your face till he was cradling your face in his hands. You slowly slid your hands up over his as you continued the kiss. 'What's happening? This isn't real, it can't be.' You thought. You could feel your heart fluttering. Emotions were stirring that hadn't and suddenly you were scared. The one thing that could ultimately hurt you was happening right there in that gazebo. You're heart was slowly getting involved. Something that you had managed to keep separate was failing, but this feeling was everything. As he finally broke the kiss he looked down at you, hands still cradling your face. He gave you the warmest smile you had seen from him. You smiled back, unsure of what to say or do. He let out a soft chuckle as he dropped his hands to his side. "Ummmm.....I think the rain is slowing down." He said, still smiling. "Come on." He said as he took your hand in his and began leading you into the now drizzle. 'Is this a dream' was all you could think.

Two chapters done until next weekend! Just wanted to say if it wasn't already painfully obvious that i am in no way shape or form a writer. I just get ideas of stories that are so awesome to me but have no idea how to fully put them down hahaha. I do the best I can but the can get choppy and feel rushed sometimes, I'm aware. But hopefully I will be able to improve the longer I write. I encourage everyone to do so as well and don't give up!! :) Thanks again for all the love!!
