Nothing interesting has really happened much until Zack and his three ducklings stood up during free time.
Whatever it was, they seem intent on making Daniel tag along with them.
Aside from that, Mira seemed to be pretending to be uninterested in their conversation. But after hanging around with her lately, (Y/N) is able to easily sniff out her curiosity.
The girl stood up and sat on the desk in front of the brunette's. Thankfully, the owner of said desk wasn't there.
"What's happening?" she asked.
"Nothing," answered Mira as she looks away. "Don't sit on the desk, (Y/N)."
"Nothing, you say..."
But then Yui Kim passes by, dragging with her Namsoo.
"Hey, show me. We're gonna follow."
"What? No way in hell!"
(Y/N) watches in fascination as it was as if Mira's ears suddenly grew sharper. She slammed her hands on the desk and stood up, looking at the two in alarm.
"What? I'm going too! Gotta buy something at the stationary store in the area!"
"You know," the corner of (Y/N)'s lips quirked up as she stares up at the girl. "I didn't think I'd see you like this too. With how you always act like you're annoyed with him."
"Hush, you."
Mira rushed away from her. The frown she sent to Yui was so obvious that (Y/N)'s smirk only grew.
As for her, she was left alone in the room after that. She doesn't know where Zoe is. That girl just randomly vanishes and pops up somewhere sometimes.
Her eyes caught sight of a usually quiet teen stand up from his chair.
Wasn't that Jay Hong? Supposedly the same guy that gave Daniel an entire wardrobe of clothes?
Interesting...so has he always been just quietly following around everywhere since he's used to being quiet?
(Y/N) crosses her legs and rested her chin in her palm.
"So, should I follow them?"
From outside, she could pick up the unmistakable voice of Vasco and Jace talking. Well, if Vasco is joining up with those guys, it should be fairly safe for them, right?
"I don't have to go to work today too..." she muses. "Should I go play with Yenna for the rest of the day?"
After all, it wasn't her business to get involved with things that never concerned her in the first place.

The next day, everyone that left to find the scammer showed up to school looking unscathed and unbothered.
Zack even had no troubles showing of the blue shoes in his feet. He had it propped up his desk, displayed for all to see.
However, it wasn't time for (Y/N) to concern herself over that. With her earbuds plugged in her ears, she scribbled down a rough schedule of the subjects she really need to prep for.
Exams are approaching, after all. She needs to deliver some good news to her mom.
Granted, she probably won't follow-through with her plans, but at least there was an effort.
A call from her mom came not too long after.
"Your brother told me about midterms. I'm sure you'd do well again."
"Of course, mom," she smiled at the phone, rocking her feet back and forth and appreciating the cool wind in the park she was in. "I'd ace it again, I'm sure!"
