THE BELL RINGS, AND everyone starts standing from their seats to head out of the classroom

THE BELL RINGS, AND everyone starts standing from their seats to head out of the classroom. I stayed in my chair and continued staring at the math formulas on the board. To some, it may seem like I'm still trying to understand the activity we had earlier, but the truth is I'm still mentally stuck in room 461, a place that awakened and killed me in more ways than one.

Everything still feels like a dream.

I just had sex with Aries Buan last night. The Aries Buan. The Aries, who's the council president, the honor student, and just simply the ever-so-perfect senior that everyone in our institute is in love with.

I held him like he was the most fragile thing in the world. He didn't say anything to me, but his eyes sparkled like stars in the night sky. He was so beautiful that I had to take a cold shower again when I got home because my dick wouldn't stop getting hard.

I have my regrets, I'm not gonna lie, and then the money he left me pissed me off even more. But what surprised me the most was the fact that he even had sex with me in the first place. If he wanted me to hate him, then that should have been the last thing he did.

Making me hold him made me desire him even more, and I'm afraid that such desires will only grow dangerously bigger.

Do you hate me now, Aries?

Or have you always hated me as you claimed?

"Dom! Why on earth are you still sitting there? Let's go already. I'm starving," Vicki complains, grabbing my bag while Art starts cleaning my table for me.

"I bet you're still thinking about the last problem our professor gave us earlier. Maybe we can work on it together and—" Justin was about to continue his statement, but I finally stood from my chair and interrupted him.

"It's 12.6," I casually answered with a poker face. "I already solved it. It's 12.6."

"You're joking, right?" Justin asks in shock, so Arthur looks back at the board and uses his calculator. When he sees the answer, he looks back at us and nods his head to confirm it.

"He's right."

"No way! When did you become such a math genius?! You should have tutored me instead," Justin tells me, grabbing my arm and shaking my body like I'm some kind of coconut tree.

"Well, that's Aries Buan for you. If you were tutored by the top student in class, you'd be a math genius too," Vicki then says, and the moment she said Aries's name immediately made me feel worse.

"Please, I don't want to hear his name," I say. But then I remembered that Art's literally his brother, so I immediately looked at my friend and defended, "I mean...I don't want to hear anything related to the exams. I was hoping to at least get A's, but my grades ended up being B's and C's. I'm still very disappointed by it."

Arthur narrows his head, obviously seeing through my act, but thankfully he doesn't ask about it anymore.

"Anyway, let's just head to the cafeteria," Vicki says, and the four of us finally head out to grab our lunch.
