"Y- Y/n?! Y/n can you hear me?" I heard Hunter's voice as I slowly gained consciousness. I opened my eyes but everything was blurry. A glowing thing stood in place of the arch from earlier and I looked up to see Hunter sitting over me with my head in his lap.

"H- Hunter?" Everyone was crying including him and I slowly sat up. "W- what's going on..? Why is everyone crying..? And w- where's Flapjack?" When I mention flapjack Hunter crued harder.

"Flapjack saved you Y/n," Willow said while trying to hold back tears. "He sacrificed himself for you" she continued. I slowly started scooting myself away. "W- what?! No! Why- he- no no no!" I started hyperventilating and panicking. Hunter crawled to me and held me.

He was crying and so was I, but his touch still soothed me. I cried into his shirt and he cried into my hair.

Everyone stood up after a while and walked towards the portal. Amity was confronting Luz about something when I finally noticed.

I stared at my reflection in the water "H- hunter... will this go away?" I said with eyes full of tears as I scratched at my face. He shook his head slowly and I cried more. "I'll always remind you of him now... won't I?" I asked and he quickly held my face in his hands.

"You are nothing like that horrible man. You are kind, beautiful, and smart and Titan I love you so much. You could never remind me of him." He sighed "I'm sorry you had to go through that. You shouldn't-" Hunter got cut off by Willow calling for us to go through the portal.

I nodded and started to walk towards the portal.

Y/n started to walk towards the portal, but I could tell her attitude had changed drastically. She seemed tense and on edge, maybe even... mad. I followed her through the portal.

In the blink of an eye, I was back home. It was in shambles. I looked around carefully admiring, yet gawking in disgust. Y/n stayed distant the whole time. She walked from behind the group.

Camilla and Luz were talking about the boiling isles, but I was keeping close tabs on Y/n. She walked slowly and looked distraught. When we finally got to the owl house Y/n stayed outside and sat on a log staring at the ground.

We all sat inside talking to Camilla but I couldn't stop staring at her. "I'm going to go check on Y/n..." I said softly as I got up and made my way out of the kitchen. I walked outside and towards her, I sat next to her, "Hey, uhm..." I didn't know what to say, she didn't even look at me. Her face which was now covered in the same scars my uncle had just stared blankly at the ground.

"I- I ruined... everything..." She finally said after a little, "Belos got through the portal, he's probably going to get to the collector, I ruined Luz's surprise and Flapjack..." I saw her start to tear up.

I hugged her close and rubbed my thumb on her shoulder "I know I can't say anything right now to make you feel better, I can't imagine what you're going through but..." I sighed, what do you even say to someone who just went through something like that?

"... But, don't take it out on yourself it's not your fault and it never will be. I'll never be mad at you for something you had no control over." I sighed and leaned against her listening to her sniffle as she tried to stop crying. "And don't worry about Belos. Once we find Eda and King we'll-" "IS THAT EDA AND KING?!" Willow yelled as she ran out of the Owl House.

My head shot up as Willow yelled, I saw a shooting star fly across the sky with a beast, a child, and what looked like a dog...? On the star, Hunter quickly stood up but he still held my hand showing he still cared as he shouted where they went to Luz.
