Falling in love is unexpected. Sometimes people spend their whole lives with each other but fail to fall in love and sometimes we just spend a second and fall in love.

Love at first site.

A term that I never believed. But you know people tend to believe things once they experience it. Just like I now believe. I fell for her terribly.

My stone heart felt a gentle crack the moment I saw her standing across a distance taking in the view of the classroom with big innocent doe eyes.

The second crack was when she chose to stay when I least expected it, and an impactful crack when she kneeled in front of me to tie my shoelaces. As cheesy it sounds but I felt giddy.

And when I was figuring out all the impacts she started having on me in just a few hours, she knocked the door of my apartment.... Knocking the floor out of my feet. It was the last attack and I felt my heart being taken away.

In a few hours I started feeling my life changed.... I changed when 24 hours ago, I didn't even know a girl names Sarah Avery even existed.

I was laying in my bed facing the ceiling. What an eventful day! I can't wait for tomorrow as it's mine and Sarah's first day as 'friends' in college. I was never excited this much to go there, in fact I've never felt excited before.

Ding.... Ding....

My alarm rang again. But this time I woke up in one ring, as if I was waiting for it to ring. The annoyingly screeching sound sounded strangely melodic today. No nightmares yesterday, after a long time I slept this peacefully. Last time I slept like this when I visited my grandma and she made me sleep on her lap. After she passed away there was no one to make me smile. Now I have an angel one door away.

I took a shower, now the time was 8 am. I slightly opened Sarah's bed room door and peeked inside, she was tucked inside the blanket only her face was out, Dark strands spread messily on her face. Okay so she wakes up late. I prepared some toast and coffee. It's been an hour, I was standing outside her door so I heard some yawns from my little angel's room. I gently knocked the door with a tray of two cups coffee in my hand, she said come in so I rushed inside. She was messed up.

"Good morning." She said

"Good morning. Don't girls tidy themselves before letting a guy inside their room?" I asked smiling.

"You are my roommate plus newly friend. I should show my true self to you. Also I am not that type of girl who puts on tons of makeup just after waking up." She uttered lazily.

Adorable! that's what I love about her. Her true self, natural personality. It just make me fall more for her.

I cleared my throat and gave her the coffee.

"Thank you. You are perfect boyfriend material. Your girl will be lucky!" She chirped.

Ohh my god this girl started giving me thrills from the start of morning!

"Okay! Why you think like that?" I asked raising my eyebrows.

"Because it's a nice gesture to wake up early and prepare a cup of coffee to your roommate. It's only shown in dramas." She uttered rubbing her eyes.

"Enough of your buttering. Tidy yourself and get ready to college, it's already 8:30."

"What!? Why didn't you tell me earlier?" She visibly panicked.

Saying this she finished her coffee in two sips, without forgetting to compliment me which did flips inside my stomach, took some clothes and rushed to her bathroom. Meanwhile I started to examine her room. It was opposite of my room. Her clothes everything was a mess. She is clumsy especially after yesterday's cooking session, I realised it better. She spilled my whole dishwash. Indeed opposites attract. I chuckled to myself.
