Ryan's Pov

‘Home’ is a simple word but many people fail to find it in their entire life or they lose them without realising its value.

For me it was my mother, after she left me. Nothing felt like home. Without home anything can break you apart but I considered myself strong enough to handle everything alone.

But now I came to know what I was missing from these whole years. The years I spent after my mom's death didn't feel like living.

But now I know what it feels to be with someone who is home.

Sweetheart confessed to me. If someone could have heard my heartbeat, the person would be deaf by now, that's how fast it was beating.

The hug was peaceful and filled with warmth. I didn't want her to go away from me. So when she tried to withdraw from the hug, I didn't let her go.

Her lips looked tempting, I was about to go for it but then I thought, “What if she is not comfortable?”

She was looking at me with confused eyes.

Ohh what a weird situation. Should I let her go or give a peck on her cheeks, lips maybe too much.

I was in a cyclone of thoughts when she took the initiative to peck me. Her lips were soft as it seemed. But I was not satisfied.

So I held her tilted her head for access and pressed my lips to hers.

She was shocked yet relaxed.

She wrapped her hands around my neck and mine on her waist. Our lips moved in sync.

After a few seconds we both withdrew. She smiled at me with a loving gaze and I smiled back.

We had our dinner and I was washing the dishes and my sweetheart was taking a shower.

I completed my work and was about to go to the shower and she was drying her hair.

“Can we sleep together?” She said,

“What??”

“I mean just sleep. What's with the reaction?” She asked teasingly.

“No.. No.. nothing. I'll go and shower.”

Did she know what she did to me? I thought while showering. You should never say such things to a guy. I will make her understand one day.

I took a fresh shower. She was reading a book laying on the bed with her back supporting the bed.

I dried my hair and sat next to her to get inside the blanket.

Ohh, it's making me nervous.

“You smell good.” She said smiling.

I laid next to her and she kept her book aside and laid. She smiled at me again and kept her head on my hand, I pulled her closer to my chest.

Her hair smelt good and she did too.

“Good night.” She whispered.

“Good night.”

I kissed her head and she kissed on my cheeks and we went to sleep.

It's been a relief because I no longer have nightmares.

When I woke up, she was still hugging me. I tried to detach her from me but she was too sleepy. So I smoothly took her arm and freed myself from my baby.

I completed my morning routine and came out of the bathroom to see my sweetheart woke up.

“Good morning, babe.” She said sweetly, making my heart run a marathon.

“What?!”

“Babe!! Come here.” She gestured to me to bend, matching her height as she was still sitting on the bed.

I followed her instructions.

She raised herself and left a peck on my forehead.

My heart, which was running a marathon, just stopped.

“Good morning kisses my babe.”

I couldn't control myself and hovered above her making her lay on the bed with a gasp.

“You know your risky move can get you into trouble, sweetheart.”

She gulped making her throat move a bit and bit her lips which made me turn on more.

I was about to kiss her when she stopped me and hesitantly said…

“I didn't brush yet.”

“I dont care.”

I smashed my lips onto her making her gasp which I swallowed while kissing and took advantage of it moving my tongue inside her mouth. She sucked on my tongue trying to match my pace.

I sucked on her bottom lips one last time before withdrawing from the kiss.

We both were breathless staring into each other's eyes.

I smooched on her nose.

“This was my good morning kiss. Next time kiss me like this, not a peck, okay??”

She nodded trying to hide her blushed cheeks which were now red.

Short chapter right guys?? I know.

So I was reading stories from wattpad only and they were so interesting that mine seemed too boring to be honest he he he :) but now that I started this I will just complete it either way.

I learned some new words too by reading it so let it be as it is (my story) if possible I will try something unique and interesting after completing this.

I know grammatical mistakes may be a turn off but I can't help it, it's my second language. Please bear with it guys.

So enough of chit chat (author is very talkative) I hope you enjoyed it.
