Please be advised: That most of the images that are attached this book are not mine. They are images that are as close as I can find to the images I see in my head when I describe a scene. I am only using them for now in order to assist my readers with a visual aid. It is my hope to either create or find someone to create a true visual of what I am trying to describe.

That being said above is (you guessed it) Uther Pendragon

Aww come on who else would I have as Uther Pendragon then the great Anthony Head. He played that role to perfection.

Kat's POV

That night I spoke with the king to see if there was a large room with a large table that I could use. He brought me to an old room with massive doors. As he opened the doors, he informed me that this used to be the council room for king Arthur and his most trusted knights. There was a large beautiful round table with exquisite carvings and matching chairs. I had to admire how extremely well made and beautiful it was as we walked past it towards another set of massive doors. He pushed the next set of doors open and walked into an even larger room.

Milord David Arthur/Sir David Arthur/King David: This was the original council room.

The room was monumental; it outsized the previous room considerably. I gave the king a questioning look. He laughed.

Milord David Arthur/Sir David Arthur/King David: Our people started as a small band of travelers that came together when their villages were destroyed. Their kings had failed to protect them. Hell, they didn't even try. Turns out their king felt that if they weren't of noble birth, then they were not worthy of the effort.

Katana – a/k/a Kat: That is not all that surprising to hear.

Milord David Arthur/Sir David Arthur/King David (With a sad sigh): It is sad, but true.

While they may not have started that way, eventually the kingdoms will produce a king that feels this way or worse. There are far too many kingdoms that have fallen from grace as a result.

Katana – a/k/a Kat: Unfortunately, it is the people who suffer for this.

Milord David Arthur/Sir David Arthur/King David: Our ancestor's felt the same. When our people found this land, the previous kingdom had fallen. Though no one knows why. There are many legends and rumors.

Katana – a/k/a Kat: I bet there were.

Milord David Arthur/Sir David Arthur/King David (Chuckled): Barely any of its structures had survived. Even this castle barely stood. In fact, this room was one of the few that remained intact. Many people believed it to be cursed. Which is why no one wanted to claim it, but we did.

Katana – a/k/a Kat: I'm surprised that they did considering how fearful people are of the unknown.

Milord David Arthur/Sir David Arthur/King David (Nodded): You could fit the entirety of our people in this room. They took this as a sign that this was meant to be our home. The small group of three hundred could gather right here and have room to spare... They discussed and voted on everything that they could think of.

Katana – a/k/a Kat: What kinds of things did they discuss and vote on?

Milord David Arthur/Sir David Arthur/King David: Everything, from food, to shelter, clothing, education, health, safety and prosperity. They were very thorough with every detail Especially when it came to their king.

Katana – a/k/a Kat: Well, I should hope so.

Milord David Arthur/Sir David Arthur/King David: For many generations the kings understood their duty and our kingdom was looked upon favorably as a result. As a matter of fact, we were so well liked that many of those who had heard of us had requested to join us. Our kingdom grew far quicker than expected due to this. There were thousands of us by the end of the first year alone.
