after cleaning the mess that i made and receiving a short scolding from my parents, i went back to my room to pack my clothes.
as soon as i reached my room and locked my dorm, i immediately buried my head on my pillow and let out a silent scream.
i was already fine with moving to tokyo but yoto high school? the yoto high school?! it's like the consciousness of the world aims to ingrain me into the lot but i won't let them!
i groaned as i forced myself to stand up and open my closet. i grabbed all of my clothes and placed them on my bed. luckily, i do not own a lot of clothes (by choice) so it was relatively easy to fold and shove my clothes to my bag.
i was grumbling under my breath as i continue to pack my things.
"nee-chan?"
"are you alright?"i immediately turned around and smiled when i saw our youngest brothers, shuto and ryuto. i stood up and patted their head.
"i'm fine, why are you here? aren't you helping mom to pack your things?" i crouch down.
"mom says that you don't need--"
"--to bring a lot of things"i sweatdropped when i listen to the twins continue each others words. is that anime logic of something?
"yeah, sure sure, now go back to mom, okay? she needs your help too" i replied, standing up and waving at the two of them.
they nodded and ran back to their room, making me sigh exasperatedly.
i spent most of my time packing my stuff and cleaning my now empty room. i feel sad leaving our small town since i practically live my whole life in this place.
after cleaning up my room, i decided to take a bath and changed into a much comfortable clothes. i'm wearing a simple black turtleneck with long sleeves, a brown knitted vest, and pants. i wore my usual black headphones and carried my stuff downstairs.
i saw ayato bringing the largest luggage that i have ever seen. i know damn well what he was bringing to tokyo and i can't help but tease him.
"why are you still bringing your anime figurines, planning to impress city girls with your hobby?" i asked him, hiding an evil smile behind my phone.
"ugh, shut up nee-chan" ayato replied with an annoyed expression, making me laugh.
"you're so easy to tease" i said, laughing and dodging the pillow that he threw to my direction.
"kids, stop fighting, load up your things on the van so we can go" our mother sternly reminded us as she walked passed the living room, carrying a box while the twins trail behind her like little ducks.
"ma'am yes ma'am" ayato and i saluted her with the same annoying smile, causing her to roll her eyes and leave us. we both look at each other before laughing.
after that small shenanigans, we manage to load everything on the back of the van, i took my spot that is beside the window. i never did like sitting in the middle or near the door since i get dizzy immediately plus i rather stare at the road than talk.
when everything was done and we already said our goodbye's to our uncles and aunties (aka the staffs on our restaurant) and to our neighbors, we started our journey.
you might think why are we leaving this early? well, my dear non-existent viewer, the drive from takachiho, miyazaki to tokyo will take about 15 hours tops. that doesn't even include the stop over that we need to have since if it wasn't obvious yet, it's a pretty long trip.
