the streets of tokyo is bright lit and yet, the tranquil atmosphere seemed to have never vanished in this lively city.

b-komachi has made yet another accomplishment as they had just finished performing on one of their concerts.

a white van was driving along the quiet road as the aforementioned idols are getting their well-deserved rest. unlike their previous rides home when they were just rookies, the atmosphere inside the van is imitating the relative silence outside.

most of the members are minding their own business whilst the oldest member was trying to liven up the surroundings by striking a small conversation with their boss and manager.

"huh? aqu-tan wasn't here today?" she asked, holding on to the back of miyako's car seat with a cat like expression.

"<dig deep! one chance> is filming today" miyako replied while still having her full attention on the street in front of her.

"three episodes will be filmed at the same time, so rescheduling is out of the question" she added, driving with full concentration.

kana, who heard what miyako said, was visibly dismayed by this information. she looked outside of the window before opening her lips.

"miyako-san..." she murmured. "I've got something to take care of, so drop me off at ebisu."

mem-cho looked at the center of their idol group with a confused and worried expression. she isn't blind to notice that the something has happened between aqua and kana.

whatever that was, it made kana upset and sad.

miyako looked at the front view mirror after hearing kana's request. she sighed before nodding. "sure..."

the van stopped at a random building in ebisu. kana got out of the van without saying a word.

"call us when you get home" miyako reminded kana, making the younger female nod.

she watched as the van drove off and away from her. kana decided to walk up the stairs of a train station and sat on one of the step.

it was late at night and the train station is already closed so there was no one around to see her in this pathetic state.

kana stared blankly ahead whil hugging her knees up to her chest. her mind was full of thought, causing her to be unaware of her surroundings.

meanwhile, another girl was walking down the sidewalk of a relatively empty street. she was twirling a keychain on her fingers while humming a song with a blank expression.

"...maybe i should've taken miki-san's offer." aishi murmured quietly.

it was one of those days when hikaru invites her in a spontaneous dinner like this. today, he invited her to eat on a newly opened gourmet restaurant around ebisu to celebrate the success of her first mini album 『~mephisto✰』

despite aishi being a complete newbie and a rookie, she managed to sold 350k copies of her albums after three months. she knew that it was very small compared to the album sales from other artists but it makes her happy that people are willingly supporting and loving her music.

their celebration ended on a later time than their usual weekly dinners with each other. hikaru offered to drive her home but aishi rejected his offer. despite hikaru's insistence, she still said no and said that she was taking the train back home.

now, she was walking up the closed train station in ebisu with a dissatisfied expression

"what a waste of time--huh?" while walking, aishi managed to spot a red head sticking out on the gray landscape.
