Quentin: "And what else happened?"

Doctor: "The cloaked figure crashed his way through the window and took the opportunity to flee the scene. What was even crazy was the fact that he was getting chase by Miguel's daughter."

Quentin: "Wait a second, he was chased by her?"

Nurse: "Yes and not only that, but she was also heard in the same room getting into a fight with him. I'm honestly amazed that the girl had that much strength to even attack him."

Quentin's POV: "Goodness, I always knew the girl was stubborn and headstrong, but she really needs to be careful of the danger around her. Almost reminds me of Beatrix when she was her age."

Back in the woods, Jay, Miguel, Beatrix, and Delroy were searching for Maritza. The fact that she's even hunting down an attacker just to avenge her brother was both reckless and well, courageous. But that wasn't the point. She was putting herself in danger and she needed to be found. There was no telling how things Aren't even going to end up for her if she even encounters him.

Delroy: "I can't believe that girl is even chasing after that cloaked menace."

Jay: "How..*pant*...did we...manged...*puff*...to lose her?"

Miguel: "I should've known she'd try to do something...*wheeze*...like this. We've gotta find her fast. There's no telling what she would even do...*wheeze*...to him or herself."

Beatrix: "Should we split up and search?"

Delroy: "Nah, bad idea. If we try that then we'd be lost too."

Miguel: "Let's just keep going forward from the way how fresh those bushes and trees look parted, I'm sure she chased that thug over there."

Beatrix: "I just hope she's alright."

Jay: "I'm sure she can make it. From what Nicky's told me about her, the girl is a tough cookie."

But Maritza wasn't alright. Sure she was okay physically, but mentally she was a mess. The Enigma was no more and yet here she was all sad and regretting her actions.

Maritza: "I should've been more careful. I should've found a different way to handle this."

The Enigma defeat was a huge weight Maritza had to bear. If Maritza was ever given a second chance on bringing down the Enigma, she would've spent most of her time gathering evidence that would put him behind bars. Maritza knew that the Enigma was a criminal and an evil man bent on destruction and recklessness. He was the one who'd brought misfortune on this town, and he will continue to do so as long as he was in power. But so far, she didn't have enough proof that would support her claim and in her mind, when every person in town learns about what she'd done, they will see her as nothing more than a fugitive who'd killed an innocent man just because of some silly dreams. Worse they'd even think that there was something wrong with her all together.

Maritza: "I'm no better than the Enigma. In fact I might as well take his place and carry on his work or at least whatever he's been doing."
