Jaune Lantern

After exacting his Vengeance, Revenge, Justice whatever society may deem it, Jaune returned to the Village he stayed at

He found himself some free land outside of it and made a farm

Grimm were still a looming Danger but Jaune's radiating Lantern energies caused them to fear the location and stay away

He spent days working trying to get his mind off his troubles but the Photographic Memory that was mention was becoming more of burden than a benefit for the Burnt Out Lantern

Days gone by as he was assaulted by Nightmares of his friends demise waking up at some nights in a cold sweat

Jaune tried his best to get over it but it was hard

He tried practicing with the Ring again but noticed it was Weaker than it was before

It seems like his motivation for Revenge was the Primary source of fuel for it to fully reach it's potential but without it, it was just a fancy trinket compared to the weapon of mass destruction that it was

Even exacting revenge didn't give him anything but a hole

Jaune made a living and became a regular provider for the village and they were thankful for it

He made a bond with them as he lived a quiet normal life but it wasn't going to be peaceful for long

One day a group of Bandits came rampaging as the disappearance of the Branwen Tribe lost it's leader gave them an opportunity

Jaune was there to sell his crop only to be caught in the crossfire

The town's guard met them on the battlefield as Jaune sprang into action

He activates his Ring but it wasn't as effective as it was

It was then he saw a family being attacked as it sparked anger in him but something more

He defends the family and punched the bandit hitting him into a group with a red spiked knuckle

The Ring did only partial damage to their aura, this is not getting him anywhere until a bright light shine blinding everyone but him

Ring: Jaune Lantern of Remnant Sector 6221981, you possess Great Will. Take the ring and speak our Oath, fulfill your Duty and Uphold the Peace.

He took the ring and puts it on his other finger and he spoke

Jaune: In Brightest Day in Darkest Night, No Evil shall Escape my Sight. Let all those who Worship Evil's Might, BEWARE MY POWER GREEN LANTERN'S LIGHT!!!!

He blasted upwards sending a shockwave that only affected the bandits blasting them away into the ground

Jaune was now embraced with a more calm and emerald energy as his suit forms

He then created more stable constructs as he faces the Bandits, he created a group of knights in Phalanx Formation

They were able to run the bandits out of town and Jaune was left behind as people looked at him in awe, he noticed the substantial damage around the town as he created construction Constructs and helped repair the place

Many people joined in the effort in appreciation for what he does and they were able to get back up

Days After Jaune's recruitment into the Corps.

Another Shooting Star came to Remnant

It landed near the village and it was revealed to be a girl as she struggled to get up

Jessica: why did you bring me here!? Hey I'm talking to you!

Ring:...........

It only created a pathway for her to follow as it leads to the Town where Jaune is staying at

Jessica: alright, you better be right about this.

She started walking down the road hoping someone there could help her

Once she arrived she just saw a bustling town

Many looked at her in familiarity seeing her clothes they thought she was connected to their Hero

She walks around stopping when she saw a Green Lantern helping with some of the repairs on a few buildings

Jessica approached them as Jaune's ring flashed getting his attention, he told the people to take a break while he deals with this new situation presented to him

Jaune: hello? May I help you?

She showed her Ring and that got Jaune to raise a brow

Jessica told him that she was not from around here and her Ring dragged her all the way across the galaxy to be here and Jaune tries to piece everything together

He invited her to a restaurant in town to speak further
