Five entered the room with a glass of water in his hands as his eyes fell on Y/n.
"Honey... What's wrong? Why are you sitting on the floor like that?", Five asked seeing her sitting on the hotel room floor carpet, her back resting against the wall as he handed her the glass of water.
"Thanks... And. It's not the floor... There is carpet on it", Y/n sighed. "Whatever, love. You know what I mean", he said.
"Fine... I just felt like sitting here... Come here... You can join too", she said patting the place beside her making him sigh as he took a seat beside her.
"Although it doesn't change the fact that I find them completely idiotic... That was nice... what you did back there", he said initiating another conversation.
"Hmmm... And you are coming to the wedding with me", she said. "
You are the one who gets to decide... I just here listen to whatever my dear wife says", he said making her smile a bit as they sat there in there in complete silence for a couple of minutes.
"Hey...", Y/n mumbled. "Yeah", Five replied. "Are you... I don't know.. okay?", she asked. "Yeah... I guess", he taking in a deep breath.
"What about you?", he asked. "I am okay", she mumbled, her voice very low. "Okay what the hell are we doing?", Five sighed.
"We are being awkward... For the very first time might I add", she said as a small chuckle left his mouth.
"Let be un- awkward then... Something on your mind?", Five asked. "Not a "thing"... A lot of things are on my mind actually", she said.
"Then... what are you waiting for? Talk to me", he said.
"There is no point of talking about it anymore... You talk to me instead. I bet you have a lot on your mind too", she said.
"No... You go first", he said.
"We have already talked about it before a couple of times... Why waste our oxygen and time again?... In case you haven't notice... we are running very short on it", she said as he took a sigh.
"I don't care... You tell me", he said.
"Fine, I will go first... You... you remember when we were talking about this before? The world ending? When we came back after we met older Five? The last time we were deciding on what to do?", she asked as he nodded in response.
"You said... We should just let things be because you didn't see a way out that time especially after you saw what happens to the other... me", he said.
"You were right", she mumbled. "About what?", he asked slightly confused.
