I Need You (Five Hargreeves x Reader) Number Five

Chapter 120

"What... are you threatening me?", Five asked as the ground beneath them started to crumble making them tightly grip on each other's hands and quickly stand back as the piece of ground fell down, making Y/n sigh in relief. 

"Shall we?", he suggested as the couple started following him. "I literally had a heart attack there", Y/n said as Five gripped on her hand. 

"You okay now?", he asked as she looked at him with a slight puzzled face. "Maybe... I am not prepared to die, Five", she mumbled as they entered the lobby where the rest of the family was gathered beforehand. 

"Woo! Five! Yeah! Y/n!", Klaus exclaimed as they started cheering. "The adorable couple!", Lila added. "Here he is!", Luther clapped. "Yeah! That speech last night! Wow!", Diego whistled.

"Brought me to tears, you big softy", Lila said. "I especially liked when you referred to us as a family bound by destiny and love", Viktor said. "Yes. That was great", Luther agreed. 

"And your songs... God! Five even danced... romantically!", Sloane said. 

"He sang for his wife too... I am sure Y/n brought out that part of you... I was so overwhelmed by your beautiful couple moments", Klaus wiped his imaginary tears. 

"Okay. Enough. It was the booze talking... In the light of day,  I still love my wife as much and... you're all still deplorable", Five said as the couple took a seat on one of the couches.

 Five frowned as he heard Y/n's stomach rumble as he looked at her. "You're hungry?", he asked. "Later, Five", she said. 

"You should have breakfast... You didn't have any", he mumbled. "Five... I admire the sentiments but right now... I just want to hear him out and leave", Y/n said. "Fair enough", he shrugged.

"And your day's about to get worse...", Reginald said making their attention divert back to him. "The Norse had seven sleepers. The Blackfoot, seven stars. As a boy, I heard the legend of the seven bells. All these stories are the same", Reginald said. 

"I am sorry but why are you telling us legends? Are you telling us the stories right now?", Y/n asked. 

"It is important to tell you, dear girl. The village is under threat by flood, by fire, by a night that never ends. A shaman brings his disciples to a sacred cave. He tells them if they can ring the seven magic bells, the village will be saved, and all will be restored just as it was", he explained. 

"Let me guess... You are the shaman and we... they are your disciples?", Y/n stated. "Accurately", he said making Y/n sighed as she rested her head on Five's arm. 

"Reggie? I think you don't get Y/n's point... She is saying... What we are all thinking. Can we get a little less Brothers Grimm and more "What the hell does this have to do with us?", Lila asked just as annoyed. 

"And you said these are myths. How can we work on something risking everything for something that is based on a bare myth, Mr Hargreeves?", Y/n asked.
