- Thanks. I'm excited to be here, I said, managing a small smile.

- Glad you could join us, an other one, with squirrel like features said, giving me a fist bump. We're excited to see what you've got.

I smiled. Okay, at least some of them were nice. I just happened to meet the moody one first. Oh well.

The boys each introduced themselves, and Chan, Felix's roommate, flashed me a warm smile.

- Don't worry, you'll fit right in, he said with a soft accent. Felix has told us a lot about you.

- Oh, has he now? I glanced at the blonde boy, raising an eyebrow.

- Only good things, I swear, Felix chimed in with a grin.

As the guys settled in the room, Hyunjin finally took out his airpods and stood up. He walked past me without a word, heading straight towards Chan, completely ignoring my existence.

Damn. Was it really that hard to just be polite?

The one named Minho, who looked like he was the leader of the crew, started talking through today's practice plans, and everyone gathered around.

- Alright, let's get started. We're going to run through the routine today. Y/n, you can watch for now.

I nodded, grateful to get a chance to observe first. I sat near the mirror as the boys spread out around the room. Hyunjin moved to the front, adjusting his hoodie without a word.

As the music started and the group began their routine, I was instantly captivated. They weren't good, no, they were incredible. Each member had his own unique dancing style, but together, it all worked so well. And well, I couldn't deny that the Hyunjin guy was talented. Hell, his movements were sharp and precise, and he was an insane performer. It's like your eyes were drawn to his presence, it was almost impossible not to watch him.

Eventually, the music stopped as the routine came to an end, and a sweaty Felix jogged over to me, slightly out of breath.

- So, what did you think?

- It was a-ma-zing, I said, genuinely impressed.

I always knew Felix was a good dancer, as we used to take lessons together, but all those boys together? They were insanely talented, and the synergy they created was something else.

- Yup, I can't wait to learn the routine, I added with a thumbs up as he helped me up.

- Don't worry, we'll help you out.

He then proceeded to turn to the others.

- Hey guys, let's break it down for y/n so she can learn the steps, okay?

The boys all nodded in agreement, going back to their position. I stood in the middle, slightly nervous but also excited to get started. The one named Minho motioned for me to step forward, offering an encouraging smile as he began explaining the first few moves.

- Alright, so we'll start with the basics and take it slow, he said.

The guys began to break down each section of the choreography, while I did my best to keep up. Minho showed me each move step by step, while the others chimed in with tips and corrections.

At one point, my eyes caught the gaze of that Hyunjin guy, who was standing in the corner quietly. I tried my best to ignore it, instead focusing on Felix's and Minho's indications.

- You're doing great! The one who looked like a quokka, Han I think, encouraged.

I was slowly starting to get the hang of it, and as the steps became smoother, I began to feel a little more confident.
