The dim corridor to the back office felt suffocating. Music thumped faintly behind them, but it was drowned out by the blood pounding in their ears. Sky walked in first, eyes sharp, jaw set like stone. Dew followed without a word, still holding Nani's note, and Bright trailed behind them, his hands clenched into fists.

The office reeked of cheap cologne and stale energy drinks. Behind the dusty desk, the guy from earlier—the one guarding the security feed—leaned back in a swivel chair, scrolling through his phone. He barely looked up when they entered.

"I already told you," he said lazily, "you can't just walk in here and demand footage. We got rules."

Sky stepped forward slowly, voice quiet but low with warning. "Open the footage."

"Didn't you hear me? You need a damn warrant or something. Or come back tomorrow when the manager's in. I don't have time for—"

He didn't finish the sentence.

Sky's fist slammed across the guy's jaw, sending him and the chair crashing sideways into the desk. The monitor shook as he groaned on the floor, clutching his mouth in shock.

Bright blinked. "Well, that's one way to do it."

Two other staff members—tall, wiry, and full of bravado—burst into the room, yelling. One of them lunged at Sky, but Dew stepped in, ducking low and jamming a shoulder into the guy's gut. The man stumbled back, coughing, before Dew grabbed his collar and slammed him into the wall.

The second guy swung at Bright, who twisted to the side just in time. His shoulder clipped the wall, but he found his footing, and retaliated with a punch to the gut. The man doubled over—and Bright kneed him in the face. Blood burst from the man's nose as he hit the floor.

Sky had already dragged the first guy back to the computer by his collar and shoved him into the chair.

"Log in. Now."

"I—alright, alright!" the guy stammered, his fingers trembling over the keyboard.

The computer screen flickered under the dim light as the footage rolled. The grainy video showed the club entrance from the corner of the ceiling—bodies moving in and out, laughter and life captured without sound.

Then Bright stiffened. "There—pause it."

The man at the computer froze the frame.

Nani stumbled into view.

He looked barely conscious, his head tilted to one side, eyes glazed, knees wobbling. His body swayed like a marionette with its strings tangled.

Two guys flanked him, one on each side. They weren't helping. They were hauling him.

The one on the left had short red hair and a cocky slouch. The one on the right, broader, kept glancing around with a nervous twitch. Both of them wore easy smiles. Too easy.

Sky leaned forward slowly.

His jaw tightened, eyes narrowing.

He didn't blink.

Then, through clenched teeth, barely more than a growl, he muttered:

"Jim. And Marc."

Bright and Dew turned to him, stunned.

"You know them?" Dew asked quietly.

Sky didn't answer. He was already dialing.

Sky stood up slowly. His breath came steady, but his eyes burned.

He turned and walked out of the room.

Bright and Dew followed without a word.

Once outside, Sky stopped in the middle of the sidewalk. The cold air did nothing to cool the fury rippling off him. He dialed Jim's number first.

No answer.

Marc. Still no answer.

He clenched his jaw and dialed someone else.

"Yo—Sky?" came a sleepy voice on the other end.

"Where are Jim and Marc?" Sky's voice was deadly calm.

"I—I don't know. They're not in the dorm. Why? What's going on? Didi they do something again?"

Sky's voice dropped to a growl. "You listen to me. You call them. You tell them this: if Nani has even a single scratch on him, I'll kill them."

He hung up.

Bright and Dew exchanged a glance—but said nothing.

Sky was already dialing again, his thumbs moving fast.

"Check the campus gym. The back alley near Yoon's. That shitty pool hall downtown. Anywhere they could be. If you find them, call me and then break a few bones. I'll come and kill them for real."

He ended the call and stared down the street, eyes wild with a quiet rage that didn't need to be shouted.
