This isn't an actual chapter, but I was honestly wondering something.
The Last of Us season 2 came out and I'm so fucking excited, it's a really good show and video game, 100% recommend.
I came up with this silly/satire idea where it was a Last of Us x Dandy's World AU.
I might be writing a chapter or maybe more if I so feel like it, but I'd like to know if I should do this or not. I do have some stuff planned out, and this includes characters and changes of plot to make it fit for Dandy's World.
Basically, in the AU it's going to follow Shannon (Shelly's toon handler) and Sprout. The reason it's Sprout is because in the actual show, Joel (AKA Shannon) loses his daughter during the outbreak, and if this was portrayed as DW, it would be Shannon losing Shelly. And I also have a headcanon that Sam (Sprout's toon handler) wasn't the nicest to him, so that's why I chose Shannon. She gives off motherly vibes :P
The "infected" would be infected toons who corrupted as their twisteds, and since Sprout's the "Ellie" of the AU he's one of the only survivors of the toons. And yes, in this AU the toon handlers CAN turn twisted. It's more like a zombie for them, but the entire infection originated from the toons and spread to the humans. If I do write this, I'll figure out things for "The Fireflies" and "FEDRA" later, but I'm already starting to come up with small ideas.
This AU would make a lot more sense for people who've watched or played the game which is why I'm torn between writing this or not. I figured I'd just throw it out there if anyone was interested.
Also, I'd like to thank you all for all the reads, it does mean a lot to me that people are reading this shit :3
Anyways, just a thought! I'll keep writing ships or just generic oneshots, and I'm always open to request!
