Forever Mine [L.P] *Sequel*

(Kayla's POV)

"Liam, your vows," our priest, Jamie, told Liam. Liam looked down at our hands and took a deep breathe.

"Wow- this is just surreal. I never thought this would really be happening right now and I'm not even gonna lie about that. Seeing you for the first time, in the recording studio; the second you shined your smile, I was weak in the knees. Every second of eye contact we've made since that day forward, I get so lost in your eyes. The farther I fall, and the deeper I go, is ten times the amount of love that I have for you. I will never leave your side. I will never make you unhappy. Granted, your brother would kill with a hit of a book if I did." Our families laughed at that and I did too, turning to look at Niall behind me who nodded in some agreement. "And no matter what, I will never stop loving you. Through my jealous phase, which is hardly even a phase," he said, causing me to chuckle. "Through my worst enemy within myself, I will never give up on you. And I promise you that."

Smiling at him, he grinned largely back at me before Jamie spoke up again. "Kayla, your vows."

Clearing my throat for a second, I looked down as well before making eye contact with Liam. "Liam, there was a time in my life where I have always felt so alone. Where I always felt that I had no one there for me. Losing the biggest piece of my life brought me down under the ground. And I remember one day, a certain somebody named Jesse, told me that I would find my missing pieces and that I would never be alone, regardless of how I felt. And he was right. Finding Niall was a huge moment for me, but falling in love with you is a moment I will never forget. When I just barely opened my eyes the day of the fire and saw you, I felt safe even when I was still losing air. Since the first second we met you saved me. When you risked your life for me, you saved me again. Hearing the stories from ages ago, I was told that I saved you and your mother thanked me for that. But I told her that it was you who saved me first. Life hands us these curve balls, but I will never let it get in the way of loving you. Because everyday, I fall for you more and more. More than you and your hat collection more, and more-" I said through the cut in laughs by our families again, with Liam, and the boys included. "But you are the reason I'm still here. And seeing my savior for the rest of my life is something I will treasure every day."

After a moment, Jamie began to speak again before we were handed our . Julia handing me Liam's, Madelyn handed Liam mine. "Do you, Kayla Lee Horan, take he, Liam James Payne, to love and to hold, and sickness and in health, for better or for worse, as long as you both shall live?"

"I do," I said as I slid the ring onto Liam's finger as my stomach flopped into six cartwheels.

"Do you, Liam James Payne, take Kayla Lee Horan, as your lawfully wedded wife?" Jamie asked before repeating the same thing.

"I do," he said, sliding mine onto my ring finger.

"You are now man and wife. You may kiss the bride." Liam smiled at me and pulled me to him as his lips landed on mine for a short few seconds before pulling away. The claps came everywhere around me. I intertwined my fingers with Liam's and turned to look at Niall, smiling at me and clapping. I reached out my hand to him and he grabbed it, squeezing my hand.

Thank you, I love you. I said to him with my eyes. I am now officially Kayla Horan Payne.

Always. He replied back. Liam and I began to walk back down the tile as flower petals were thrown into the air. Once we made it to the end, Niall and Louis followed behind us.

Making it to the , Liam and I sat at a table with Niall next to me, Harry, Louis and Zayn. Everyone was spread apart at other tables as well, the music already blaring, which Julian and Jamie Scott, another producer we work with, handled. Liam and I had gone out to do a few dances but my feet were beginning to get tired so we took a seat, just as I was greeted by lots of people.
