"So I was thinking that we could go all steam punk for your suit." Cisco says smiling. Currently he is sitting at a computer making sketches for the suit.

"Umm, no. Sorry, Cisco..." I mumble and his smile fades.

"Do you want a suit like Barry's?" Cisco asks.

"Leather suits aren't my thing." I remark.

"It's reinforced tri-polymer." He says pouting.

"But leather jackets are my thing." I smirk.

"Ooh, go on."

"Hold on..." I say pulling my blue leather jacket out of my bag.

"That? You want a suit based off of that?"

"Is that a problem?" I question. I hand him my jacket.

"No, not at all. Anything else?" He asks.

"Well because you asked... Yes." I grin as I pull my ski goggles out of my back. "Here."

"This is going to be fun!" Cisco cheers.

"This is what I have on her." Caitlin says.

"Thank you." Wells says to Caitlin as I walk into the room their in.

"Thank you about what?" I ask and they turn their heads my way.

"Nothing." Caitlin and Wells say in unison.

"Hmm, okay..." I say, seeing the lie in Caitlin's eyes. "Yeah, I don't believe you at all. It's always something."

"No, it's nothing." Caitlin says. "Honest." She says. I look at the tan folder that she is holding in her hands. I ignore her and look to Wells.

"Fighting Barry doesn't help me... I need to actually train." I say aloud.

"Yes, I know." Wells says.

"When can we do that?" I ask as I sit down in a chair. Caitlin walks out of the room.

"Right now if you prefer. Just let me finish a few things."

I walk out into the field that they have. Barry, Wells, and Caitlin follow me out.

"First we want to test how slow you can slow down time. We just want to see how fast you can get from one place to another." Wells says.

"I just hope you know that me being able to manipulate time does not change the way I run."

"I know." Wells answers back.

"Didn't you win multiple track and field meets? In high school?" Caitlin asks.

"Yeah... How did you know that?"

"Umm, I remember reading it in a newspaper. I think." She answers.

"Yeah, okay." I say as I roll my eyes. "I highly doubt it..." I mumble under my breath.

"Put this on." Wells says ignoring Caitlin.

"What's th-" Barry starts but gets cut off.

"It's a helmet that tracks her heart rate, and-" Wells starts and I catch on.

"It tracks the speed like a stopwatch would, and it transmits the responses to their computer." I say aloud, catching on to what Wells was talking about. Caitlin and Barry's eyebrows raise in surprise.

"Correct, and it shows how high her 'VO2 max' is." He says as he starts to set up a laptop.

"I know what that is!" I yell. "I mean, yeah... I know what that is." I say trying to keep my cool.

"Anyway... Let's get to it." Caitlin mumbles.

"Right now, just do it how you normally do it." Wells says. I nod my head, and face forward, getting into a running stance.

"Is that how you normally do it?" Barry asks with a grin on his face.

"Yes..." I trail off, confused on his question.

"Okay, because when I saw you as the Time Turner, you would stand like this." He says making a pose. He puts his feet down like he's going to run, but then he puts his finger on his wrist making it look like he is tapping a watch. "Then you would always say-" He starts but I cut him off.

"Do. Not. Say. It." I say as I make a threatening face.

"Okay, but they'll eventually hear it." Barry teases.

"I know..." I lower my head. "I'll do it how I normally do it." I say looking over to Wells. He just nods his head.

Then I take my place. I put my finger on my wrist, and my legs separate like I'm going to run. Then I whisper my catchphrase to myself without anyone else hearing it.

Just as I finish saying it I take off running. Time slows to the slowest I've ever gotten it to, and I jog at a steady pace.
