I didn't mean to! I swear!

Chapter Twelve: i make a deal with the devil.

This was going to be good.

Falcon. Yes ladies and gents the same obnoxious assbut who wanted my skin for his new jacket and my hair for his rug (ew crash to visual) was giving me the death glare.
Like x-men Cyclops worthy death glare and my I can explain pose wasn't cutting it.

"Explain!" He fumed accusingly.

"You're the minx that turned me pink! You ruined my favourite jacket and set a crowd of crazed fan girls on me!"

Perhaps I deserved that. No one should be on the wrong side of a fan girl. She will gut you where you stand. Luca clutched the bridge of his nose pained and cane was trying hard not to laugh his head off. He was gonna lose it for getting me into this.

He turned to Luca" and you. You knew. That's why you were so antsy about me f***ing coming with you, you bd."

"Now falcon." Cane started.

"Dont now falcon me Roma." He growled.

"Come on dude. It was an accident I didn't mean to pelt you with smoothie. It just sorta happened." I explained calmly.

"And the stampede I suppose that just happened as well?" He wasn't amused now he was murderous.

"To be fair you were being awfully crabby prior I was just defending myself." I reasoned. "You could have been some crazy stalker who wanted to gut me."

I could have imagined it but for one second i swear I saw a glimmer of mischief in his stormy eyes. But if it was there it was soon gone. In fact the whole room was dead quite. Until.

"F*** it." Cane grumbled bursting into laughter.
Luca followed but Falcon was steely.

"You done?" I glowered.

"Nope." Luca wheezed.

"Not even....close." Cane giggled.

"Butter Lettuce Grape munchies." I grumbled.

When the peals of laughter had ceased. Falcon smacked Luca upside the head.

"You." He said turning to me. "Good luck getting out of here love." My mouth went dry. The amount of force in his stare was crazy.
"Luca bail out Cane. Let's go." He grunted getting ready to leave.

"Come on Fal be reasonable. Are you really going to leave a girl in here for the night? It's not right." Luca appealed to him. "What if it were my sister or Cane's? Would you want someone to do that?"

His eyes softened momentarily. Would you look at thAt. Man of stone had a soft spot. And an adorable one at that. What! thAt made no sense. Shut up brain.

"She's not your sister though is she?" He turned to me again. "What of it love. Are you someone's little sorella?"

Hit a nerve buddy. My eye ticked and I could feel my blue eyes harden. Something in my expression intruiged him because he took a step closer.

"I'm an only child." The words sounded cold even to me.

"See no one will worry." He chortled.

"Dont be a d***" Cane warned. "Gypsys cool. If you're going to be an ass about it Luca can bail her out. right Luca?"

"Course." He muttered smiling at me. "I'll go sort that out."

With that Luca disappeared leaving tense silence behind. Cane for some reason began whistling Hedwigs theme song from Harry Potter and Falcon glowered at me menacingly. It took a couple of minutes until he got back.

"Right so slight snag." He grinned wearily "slightly short". He shot Cane a look. "How is it possible to owe that much in parking tickets. It blew my daily limits. And unless you want to wait here for midnight we need you to stop being an ass Fal."

"Fal the only way back in to school will be long gone by then." Cane chided. "Then we all are effed. Your mum will bust all of our asses and then hand us over to our mum's."

I'd lose my scholarship. The dark thought grew. I'd get kicked out. My adventure was over. At least thats what I thought before a very dark eyed Falcon turned to me.

"If I do this love." He murmured catching a strand of my loose hair. "Youll owe me. Are you ready to owe the devil a favour? Because I guarantee I'll come to collect."

I thought I would fall into his weirdly captivati- I mean capti-stupid (its a word fight me) eyes. Was i ready to owe this strangely huge man something. Well it beat getting kicked out of my future. Anything was better than losing my dream over Canes criggen speeding tickets.

Luca and Cane both shared a worried look. Perhaps this wasn't a good idea.

Well it's the only one you got buttercup so suck it up.

"Fine." I muttered.

He grinned wickedly but turned immediately to the door. "I'll sort out the desk sergeant. Get this wiped off the system." He obviously had experience doing this. "Oh and love. In my opinion you should have picked jail." He laughed wickedly all the way out the door.

"Why do I feel like I just sold my soul to Satan?"

"Cos you did." Cane shrugged. "I kinda liked you to gyps too bad I'll be sure to bring flowers to the ceremony. Any preference?" I felt like swatting him.

"Shut up Cane." Luca grunted.

"Just stating fact. Lilies it is then."

It took an hour but eventually we were out of the station and in the chilly parking lot. My thin crop jacket was no help and my teeth were knocking together. Cane had already gotten in his car and was gone. After asking if I wanted to ride with him and Luca telling him that he would let that happen again when pigs flew he had left winking at me.

I was just getting ready to jump into Luca's black car when Falcon caught my wrist. Luca glared at him.

"What gives man?"

Falcon smirked. "I'll drive the little one back. Anyway it would be much easier slipping her in my way then yours."

Luca nearly choked. "Like I'd trust you with her. You'd sooner make her run nAked in the quad then get her home safe."

"Shes right here." I grumbled but I was ignored.

"My God it was one time Luca and you deserved it. Plus love and I have unfinished business. Say good bye Cara."

With that he placed both of his large hands on either side of my waist and picked me up. Placing me securely in the car. He got in himself waving to a livid Luca.
To ensure that I was going now here he even put on the child lock.

Once we were a suitable distance away he turned to me eyes glowing with mischief.

"Now where were we love?"
