“Yeah, all you need to do is to pop the question.”
“No you guys need to give Nico a makeover.” Annabeth said
“Do I really look that horrible?” I stared at my outfit: a black shirt with white skulls, torn jeans, black sneakers and my skull ring.
“Kinda” Grover said
“But Calliste said my ring looks cool!!!” I complained
“Nah” Grover said “Scary but not cool”
DING!!!
We went off the elevator and found 2 Pegasi waiting for us. Annabeth rode on Blackjack with Percy while I rode with Grover on Caspian, Ella’s Pegasus.

Percy and Grover dragged me to my cabin while Annabeth went back to her cabin to change.
Grover took a look in my closet.
“Shirt, shirt, shirt, shirt dude do you have anything that isn’t a shirt?”
“No”
Then there was a knock. Percy opened the door.
“Oh good Connor “borrowed” some clothes earlier. Go ahead try it.
I changed my clothes. At first it felt tight and uncomfortable since I was used to wearing baggy clothes. But then I got used to it.
“Man, you look good in a blouse.” Grover said “Now lets go fix your hair.”
Percy handed him some styling gel and a comb. Grover made my long shaggy hair go upwards. After styling my hair Grover handed me a mirror.
I wanted to say that I looked like a gay Asian superstar but I had to thank him for the effort anyway.
“Thanks” I muttered
“Anytime man” Grover said “Now change your shoes and let’s party!!”

After I changed my shoes we passed by the other route to the party so that campers couldn’t tell Calliste that I was here. As we passed by the volleyball field I remembered Piper telling me that I should ask her out.

“Nico, you’re on team B” Travis shouted
I went to the other side of the court. Then Piper patted me on the back.
“You know you should ask Calliste out. I think she likes you.”
“H-how did you know?” I stared at her
“Can’t you see it? Every time she looks at you her eyes sparkle.” Piper
“Oh uh thanks for the suggestion” I said
Then a ball came crashing to me.
“Oh my gods Nico I’m so sorry!” Calliste’s voice was the last thing I heard.

My face broke into a smile.
“Nico, what’s so funny?” Grover stared at me
“Nothing I just remembered something.” I replied
“Do you remember when you and Calliste fell from the lava wall?” Percy burst out laughing
“NO” I said trying to hide my embarrassment.

“Hey Ghost Boy!” Calliste waved at me “You have wall climbing classes too?”
“Yeah.” I said “If you reach the top before me I’ll give you my desert for a whole week.”
“Oh really?” She said “Okay then”
She ran and began climbing. After a few seconds lava dripped on her left side.
“Calliste, watch out!” I said as I grabbed her hand
“Nico!!!” She yelled
I got so shocked that I let go of my hand that was holding a rock.
“Aaaaahhhhhh!!!” Calliste and I fell. We landed on the ground face flat.
“Damn you Di Angelo! Why would you do that? I can handle myself.”
“I was just trying to help!” I rolled my eyes
“Well Ghost Boy you’re doing the worst kind of help!!!”
“You’re impossible!”
“You’re irrelevant!”
We would have screamed at each other for a couple more hours. Good thing Percy appeared.
“Di immortales! What happened to you?” Percy said “Calliste why are you bleeding. Don’t tell me you guys fell from the wall.”
“Um yeah sort of” I said
“Calliste I would’ve considered since she’s only been here for months but you Nico?” Percy burst into hysterics
I covered my face from embarrassment.
“C’mon guys let’s bring you to the infirmary.” Percy said helping Calliste up
