Lynn peered out into the garage as Kenya was still working on her car. She'd been out here all day, tinkering and trying to figure out whatever was going on with the Camaro. The huntress left periodically throughout the day to check on the motel, visit a few contacts, and also do a bit of research on the things asked from her. The brunette had gotten so much done, yet Kenya was still stuck in the same place, doing the same exact thing.

The girl was trying to listen to her partner when he said distance herself from the she wolf messing with the perfectly stable parts of her car. But how could she? Everything inside of her wanted to be around Kenya. It was just too hard to be separated from her. But did Kenya feel the same way? Did it hurt her to not be with her?

Lynn moved closer to the closed door leading to the garage to see the lycan screwing in different parts of her car. She was leaning inside of the hood and she was only in a white tank, black jeans, and black combat boots. Lynn bit her lip as she allowed her eyes to flow down to Kenya's ass as it stuck out.

This was so wrong.

Lynn had to tear her eyes away, but she couldn't. Kenya was so busy in her work, but she wasn't so busy that she couldn't hear the fast pace heartbeat coming from inside the house. The she wolf turned around and made eye contact with the girl staring at her. Lynn gasped and ran away from the door, embarrassed that she was caught. Kenya lightly chuckled at the girl's actions, then gazed over at the German Shepherd laying on the ground, his tail wagging back and forth, occasionally thumping on the floor. The she wolf put down the wrench in her hand, making her way to the dog who gladly stood up for her, and knelt down to scratch the back of his head.

"Why don't we inside and get some food?" She asked. Sammy barked, signifying that he was willing to follow behind the she wolf. Kenya smiled and rose to her feet, approaching the huntress's home and grabbing a dirty rag on the way in.

Lynn was busy making a sandwich for herself as both the she wolf and the German Shepherd entered the house. The human girl made sure not to say a word to Kenya as she passed by.

The empty feeling in the room was awkward as the she wolf went over to the farthest cabinet and pulled out dog food for Sammy. The lycan wanted to say something to the human girl, but hesitated. There were things she wanted to know, like how she knew Sammy, how one girl she couldn't remember knew the way she liked her coffee, and why Lynn was in her dreams at night. The nightmares she used to experience have been slowly disappearing and were being replaced with dreams about Lynn. Just flashes of moments when they are together, sitting on the back porch, taking a walk through town, or leaving to go to dinner with one another. There were visions of them being so close, holding one another, but there were also silent dreams of when they'd hold hands and gaze into each other's eyes like they were staring into the galaxy.

Another thing that managed to bother her was that, every time she tried to talk to Lynn about how they knew one another, she'd shut down and avoid the topic. It was as if it was something she never wanted to speak of. This was all confusing. Everything from Kenya's dreams made it seem as if they were...well, in love. But when she was in a room with the Lynn, like right now, it felt as if they were enemies.

The hybrid walked over to Sammy's dog bowl and poured the dog kibble in, gaining the courage to speak to the human. "I'm fairly sure Rachael did something to Stella." She sighed, closing the bag after the container was full, then stood to put the bag away. Kenya did everything possible to the car, but still her vehicle wouldn't turn on. Lynn smirked at the she wolf, knowing the car was so important to Kenya, but more importantly, it wasn't Rachael who'd messed with the vehicle, it was her. She had something to do with the vehicle's technical issues. That smirk started to grow into a smile, and Kenya could see it from where she was standing.
