As soon as I stepped inside the cafe, the aromatic smell of coffee instantly filled my nostrils. I inhaled the scent and looked around. This place is common for businessmen, politicians and people with good wealth.

No wonder Daniel brought me here. Looking at the people around the place made me realize that I really don't look decent in here. There were people in suits, formal dresses but not that extravagant and semiformal attires.

I looked at the tables where people seems to have a small meeting. I might see dad so I was a bit nervous but he doesn't seem to be here so I felt relieved.

I saw Daniel talking to the receptionist which was obviously checking him out. He was in a semiformal attire so it only made him more attractive. Well what do I say? He can even wear baggy clothes and he'd still look great. I scoffed and went beside Daniel.

The lady doesn't seem to notice my presence but I don't care. They were talking about reservations and I was confused. Daniel made a reservation in this place?

I was surprised when he looked at me. "You'd like to sit beside the window, right?" He asked. I nodded at him and he looked relieved. "I'm glad I chose that table." He glanced again at the receptionist and I did too.

The smile on her face earlier was wiped off as she looked at me. I raised a brow and she eyed me from head to toe which made me annoyed. She glanced at me one more time before fixing her eyes at Daniel. "I'll show you to your table, sir." She smiled at him warmly. I really hate people who's like this.

How can you be a receptionist if you stare rudely at your customers? I pursed my lips and tried not to say that out loud.

Daniel nodded and guided me the way while we followed the lady. I should've asked someone else to do it for us. We went to the second floor of the place which was more quiet and peaceful since there's only a few people.

We walked towards a small table that's placed beside the window glass window. The design of the place is very elegant. The walls were cream colored and paintings that were hung are so beautiful. It looked so classic and I like the ambiance inside. Daniel pulled out the chair for me and I sat comfortably. After that the lady finally left. He sat across me and we ordered something we like. He said it's his treat so I'll let him pay. Next time I'll treat him instead.

I noticed how Daniel kept glancing around with that little frown on his face. "What's your problem?" I asked with brows furrowed as I stared at him. His frown deepened after that. "Some people kept looking." He said with an annoyed expression on his face. I chuckled, he look cute. "Why? Don't you like the attention towards you?" I teased and laughed a bit. He looked at me still annoyed.

"Their attentions are not on me." He said while looking at me. "Huh?" I asked before looking around where he just keep glancing at.

There I saw a group of guys staring at us. They look like a bunch of idiots in school uniforms from a high class school, maybe sons of businessmen? Well, I don't care actually.

One look and you'll know they're those type of spoiled brats. I brought back my attention to Daniel who's now staring back at me. "They look–" He was about to say something but I cut him off.

"Stupid, I know." I raised my brows and he grinned at me, showing his teeth which I really find so cute.

Why does everything about him seems so cute? Damn it.  "I was going to say they look interested in you but that would do." He said and chuckled a bit then showed his smile at me.

"By the way, how did you get reservations here so fast? That's quite hard to do, you know." I asked him. This place were always almost full especially on holidays. It's also hard to make reservations since a lot of people go here. I'm actually quite surprised that the second floor wasn't full just like the first floor.

"A relative of mine owns this place, so I asked for reservations." He shrugged and I nodded lightly. His family and relatives are really rich, huh? I didn't know he was connected to the owner of this place. After a few more moments, our orders were served and that's when I realized I was hungry.

I ate my chocolate cake with my frappe and it both tastes heavenly. I realized Daniel was looking at me so I felt a bit embarrassed. "What?" I asked. He just shook his head and smiled. After that he continued eating his food.

I surely want to go back in this place again. Looking at Daniel, I only realized what situation we are in. I bit my lip as I thought of date. Is this a date then? Or not? I felt my cheeks heat up because of my own thoughts.

I lowered my head so no one can see my face but Daniel seems to notice it already. "Your face is red, are you okay?" He said while trying to look at my face.

"I'm fine, it's just hot." I said as an excuse. I looked at him and he didn't seem convinced so I tried to fan myself with my hands to be more convincing. "Are you sure?" He asked again with brows furrowed. I nodded repeatedly as an answer and continued eating. I never thought imagining myself on a date with Kang Daniel would make me feel like this.

I brushed the thoughts away and continued eating my food. Daniel then finished his food and after that I finished mine too. I wiped my lips with the napkin and took my drink. Daniel paid the bill and I felt a bit sad that we're going already. I don't know why I suddenly felt like that when I'm supposed to be pleased about it.

We stood up from our seat and I saw him glanced on the other table making me look as well. The students from that table stood up and was about to approach us but I felt someone held my wrist.

I looked up to Daniel and saw him frowning. He looked cute to be honest, but I ain't telling him that. He started to walk in a fast pace dragging me with him that surprised me a bit. I looked again at his hand that was holding my wrist. A smile escaped my lips but I tried to hide it by looking down.

Something's weird is happening to me lately and this guy is really the reason behind it.
