I quickly plopped myself back onto the bed and began to nom on the pancakes Mahiru had made for me. They were delicious, soft and buttery, just the way I like them. I was so into eating them I completely forgot about the vampire in the room. I felt something land on my shoulder and something tickle my neck so I whipped my head around only to see cat Kuro there eyeing the pancakes.
"You gonna eat that?" he asked, swapping his gaze between me and the pancakes.
"You want some?" I sighed, slowly giving into the cuteness of the kitten. He nodded slowly. I picked a bit of pancake up with the fork and put it to Kuro's mouth; it was gone almost instantly.
"Not as good as ramen but good." he mumbled, still eyeing the pancakes.
"Wow not only are you a lazy ass but you're a stingy bitch too." I remarked, picking him up and off my shoulder and onto the bed. He sulked a little bit but then resumed what he was best at doig; sleeping. I continued eating the pancakes, not having to worry about a certain someone trying to nick them, whilst swinging my legs back and forth. I occasionally fed Kuro some because he was too adorable.

After I had finished them I took the plate, knife and fork to the kitchen and left them there for Mahiru to clean. I picked up my phone and brought it to my room. Back in my room Kuro had decided to be a dick bag and take up all of the duvet by piling it beneath him.
"Kurooooo, why did you take up all the duvet? Don't be a douchebag!" I whined. He didn't respond to me: fine by me. I didn't say anything but I did pick him up by the scruff of the neck and moved him onto the floor. He hissed at me agrily when I hopped into bed and started to open the curtains.
"Oh calm down I only opened it a little bit." I sighed, sitting down, "Kuro, are you grouchy because you fought Belkia yesterday?" I asked.
"Yeah thanks to you being an idiot." he grumbled, not even looking at me. I glared at him over the edge of the bed.
"I heard that when cats are sore and grouchy they need to be stroked." I said, getting an idea.
"Oh no you freaking don't!" He hissed as I picked him up and placed him in my lap. I gently began to stroke the cat's head, down his back and to the end if his tail.

Kuro looked relaxed and purred gently out of the sudden wave of relief.
"Feeling better?" I asked.
"I guess so." he mumbled back before opening his eyes to look at me.
"I can do this whenever you need it, especially after a fight and it'd good for you. May as well be useful." I suggested.
"You would do that? Aren't you a lazy ass though?" Kuro questioned, raising a figurative eyebrow.
"Yeah, not only would it help you and Mahiru but it would also calm me down." I grinned. I continued to stroke him, sometimes massaging his spine on a circular motion. I continued, the cat was enjoying it and, hate to admit it, I was warming up to him. I slowly reached for my phone whilst stroking Kuro and took a photo of him; a beam of light was shining on half of his face and it looked adorable. 'Who would have thought that such an adorable kitty was actually a Servamp; an absolute killing machine.' I thought half jokingly.
"Ya know; I think we're gonna get along just fine." I smiled softly. Kuro purred in response, slightly nodding his head.

I stroked down his head, down his back and finally his tail over and over again, his purrs relaxing me immensely, more than any type of hot chocolate would be able to. The bedroom door opened and in walked Mahiru, a large grin on his face.
"Heya y/n I just came in to ask if you'd like to play some videogames with me." he smiled, then he heard a purr.
"Is Kuro in here?"
"Yep?" I said questioning his tone of voice.
"You should have told him to get out."
"But he's too cute as a cat and I wanted to stroke him." I pouted like a child.
"Okay, fine, but do you want to play videogames or not?"
"Hell yeah!" I yelled, trying to jump up, until Mahiru ran over to me to help like the precious child he is. I place Kuro on my shoulder so he could come too without effort. When we were in the living room I sat down on the couch where the sun wasn't quite reaching it so Kuro could be in his human form without having to worry about the sun turning him into a cat again. He did exactly that; fell off of my shoulder and onto the floor where the sun couldn't reach him, turning into his human form.

"Your onesie looks like me." Kuro said, his unbothered tone of voice never faltering.
"Yeah it does, did you do that on purpose y/n?"
"No, I grabbed the first item of clothing to hand and changed into it." I said, "but yeah it does look like Kuro coincidently." I added.
"So we have Avatar, Wii Sports, um Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic games." Mahiru went on and on through the list of videogames. After he had finished my interest had sparked up.
"Five Nights at Candy's 3! Five Nights at Candy's 3!" I chanted.
"Fine." Mahiru said, leading me into and almost empty room with a desk, two spinny chairs, a pair of headphones and a computer.
"Woah, you like gaming?" I gasped.
"Uh-hu, when I've done everything I need to I play games. I haven't started FNaC 3 though." he replied.
"Hold up; in one of my suitcases I have my recording equipment, we can record it and upload it! I have a YouTube channel." I squealed like a little girl, "I'll go get it." I added, stumbling to my room to get the suitcase with the recording equipment in it.
