When I saw the shock on Haven's face, I knew that she wasn't expecting me.
That did make sense though because she also hasn't talked to me for the last seven years.
She was dressed absolutely amazing like she always had been in high school: black skinny jeans, a black t-shirt that said HOUSE TARGARYEN DRAGONSTONE FIRE AND BLOOD, and red low-top Converse. Her eyes were lined with black eyeliner and she matched red eyeshadow to the shirt. She was also wearing a black leather jacket which considering it was hot outside, I didn't know how she was doing that.
All in all, she was completely matching.

"Hi," I said softly, standing up.
"Oh, wow. Hey, Ryan," She replied softly, shrugging off the jacket and hanging it up next to the door. She set her keys down in a small bowl on the table there before stepping further into the apartment.
"How have you been?"
"I've been good. You?"
"Same," She replied, and we lapsed into a silence that was actually pretty uncomfortable.
She suddenly took a deep breath, breaking the silence and said, "Look, I don't want to sound like a bitch or anything but what are you doing here at this apartment? How did you even find me?"
