The day had dawned bright and clear with a chill to the usually warm California air. As the day went on, the chill faded to a slight one as the sun remained shining over the coast and into the dressing room.
It had been about a year since Andrew Bring and Helena Grant were both found guilty and sentenced to prison with no chance of parole.
Haven had taken pregnancy with grace and everyone agreed that pregnancy made her look even more gorgeous than she already was. On August 18th, she had given birth to a set of healthy twins: a boy and a girl with the boy being three minutes older than his sister.
They named him Alex Eastwood after Haven's sister and they named her Aphrodite Eastwood after Cason's mom.
They had decided to tie the knot thirty-five days later on September 23rd, or the Autumnal Equinox.
Haven nervously tapped her fingers on the table softly as the hair artists they hired pinned her hair back in the style she had agreed on. She took a deep breathe and tried to remain calm, telling herself to trust that everything would go to plan.
The door to her room opened and the girls she had picked as her bridesmaids walked in: Holland, Kyla, Myla, Kara, Arryn, and Maverick. Behind them was Maverick's mom Ronnie and Haven's Aunt Raine.
Ryan was with them as Haven's Maid of Honor and everyone understood why Haven chose Ryan: along with Dylan, Ryan did everything she could to make this moment happen.
Raine sniffled softly and whispered, "You look fucking gorgeous."
"Raine!" Ronnie snapped lightly.
"I'm sorry," Raine cried, trying to not cry loudly or cry at all.
Haven knew why Raine was crying.
Haven was the daughter of her best friend and Raine had watched Haven grow up into a gorgeous lady who was getting married.
Not to mention the fact that Haven had chosen to get married in her mom's wedding dress.
Her grandparents had come to her a few months back and had given her a dress bag. When she looked inside, her grandmother explained, "This was your mother's. We're not saying you have to but if you want, you can wear this."
