Aurora Borealis ? Billy Batson x Reader

I get dressed in some clothes for the day. Jeans, top, jumper, jacket, and hoodie. Both the jacket and jumper have a hood that I throw on. I take my bag and start to walk to school. Maya hides under the bed as per usual and specifically to guard the necklace from last night.

"Hey, Y/n!"

Freddy walks over to me, slowly with his crutch but I walk to him.

Saturday we tried to see if I had any powers. But I don't. All I have still, is the wings. Sunday I spent the day alone. Literally. Not even with Maya. Monday was pretty boring since Freddy was either sick or wagged. And now it's Tuesday.

"Good to see my best friend is alive." I say sarcastically.

"Yeah, well. Sorry, you had to deal with it alone but you're super so it's all good."

Surprisingly...it was fine.

We both cross the street, making it to our school.

"So if I tried being a superhero, would it bother you?"

"I would love to help you!" He beams. "But you can only fly, so I don't think you have any power so you can't really do anything."

"What about Wonder Woman, she doesn't-wait yes she does." I say, feeling a bit stupid.

"You need superpowers to be a hero." He scolds me. I roll my eyes. He chuckles.

"Hey look! Freddy and Y/n! The crippled and The Feathers."

Me and Freddy turn around unamused to see Brett and Burke. They call me Feathers because I always wear a fluffy hoodie for some reason.

"What do you want?" I sass. Freddy tugs at my sleeve to try and keep walking.

"Watch your mouth Feathers!" Burke growls.

"Bitch please, I'm fluffier than what your hairline is visible." I chuckle.

"He doesn't have a hairline!" Freddy scoffs. This seems to piss Burke off and he grabs me by the collar.

"What kind of jokes do you think you're playing?!" Burke asks as Brett grabs Freddy.

"Do you take dick jokes?" Freddy smirks.

"Probably. He looks like a human penis."

"Do I? Do I really?!" Burke growls angrily. I merely grin silently as Burke continues to hold my collar.

"You two have something to say? Spit it out, we have no time to deal with you right now." Freddy says before tugging at my sleeve harder.

"Oh yeah!?"

Burke tightens his grip and pulls me higher which I wince. Brett kicks away Freddy's crutch which I feel my heart drop in fear.

"Just where do you think you're going?!"

"Leave them alone, guys!"

I turn to look over and see Mary, Eugene, Darla, and Pedro.

"Or what?"

Brett grabs my arm and I hiss at him. "Leave my brother and friend alone!" Darla yowls.

"Let us go! Y-you can't hit a girl and you can't knock down a crippled boy!"

Burke chuckles. "Is that so? Okay, we'll see about that!"

Mary gasps as Burke raises his fist. I flinch as well as Freddy, and Eugue screams. "Leave them alone dickbrain!"

Then the bell goes. Burke hesitates and I feel myself shaking. Burke and Brett exchange glances before scoffing. 

"Ough!"
