I Can't Forget You ~Nemi Series

NICK P.O.V.: I walked to the bathroon and knocked on the door three times. F ft m. She looked me in the eyes and I had to looked properly at her to see if I was seeing bad or what. But I wasn't. I saw her red puffy eyes and it hurt me.

Demi: umm, excuse me, please (I moved so she could leave but then, by instinct I grabbed her arm softly)

Nick: Demi

Demi: yea? (She turned her head back at me)

Nick: are you okay? You look like if you were-

Demi: yes, I'm perfectly fine (she turned around and walked downstairs)

Will you believe her? Really? She's clearly bad. She's not fine asshole. Go find her...no, you better don't. You can't be near her.

Once I left the bathroom I decides to don't go behind her but I knew I always could go to Selena. I found her in the dance floor with Taylor and grabbed her hand.

Selena: oh Nick

Nick: Selena, can we talk? A second please (she nodded and we walked to the kitchen were the music was less loud)

Selena: and? What do you want to talk about?

Nick: some minutes ago I saw Demi leaving the bathroom. She looked sad and like if she was crying. Is something going on?

Selena: umm...Demi wasn't feeling great but I don't know if something's happening to her. She isn't too talkative tonight. You should ask her

Nick: I did, but she told me she's perfectly fine...which I think, is a lie

Selena: perfectly fine, she might is

Nick: Selena...come on, we both know her very well

Selena: I don't know Nick, ask Joe...maybe he knows more than me

Nick: Joe? Why would he?

Selena: I think he talked to her (she shrugged and left the kitchen)

I walked to the backyard and saw Joe and Sophie sitting next to the pool kissing. I instantly started to look for Demi and I found her talking on the phone some neters away. I walked to Joe quickly and grabbed his arm.

Joe: wow, what happens?

Nick: come here, please. A second (he walked with me to the other side of the backyard)

Joe: and?

Nick: don't lie to me, I know you talked with her...what happens? Be honest

Joe: what happens with what?

Nick: Demi was crying in the bathroom, she tried to lie to me but I know her very well...not tell me, Selena said you talked to her. What happens? Why is she sad?

Joe: I didn't talk with Demi

Nick: you didn't? Joe if you're lying, I swear-

Joe: I promise, I didn't talk with her...Sophie did

Nick: Sophie? And what did she say about Demi?

Joe: she's sad cause she considers herself less than...than another women here and...she just saw something she didn't want to see (he shrugged)

Nick: what did she see? I want to know

Joe: look, you're a smart guy. Why don't you think a bit about all I said to you? And all you've done tonight

Nick: what do I have to do with it?

Joe: you can ask Sophie too

Nick: no, she's mad at me

Joe: really? Why?

Nick: I don't know...she told me some Miley shit and-

Joe: oh, maybe you'll have to think about what she told you too. I'm sure you'll can with this (he palmed my shoulder and left me alone watching Demi's back from far away as she talked on her phone)

Let's see:
-Demi's sad cause she considers herself less than another women here.
-She saw something she didn't want to see.
-Sophie told me if I'm gonna date Miley again cause I've been acting all friendly with her tonight.

Am I being too selfish if I think that Demi saw me with Miley and she felt low cause she thinks I'm gonna date her again and that made her consider herself less than her and other girls I've dated like she wrote me in the letter?
