NICK P.O.V.: I waited for Joe to answer.

Joe: how cute...well, today is your lucky day

Nick: why?

Joe: Demi will visit mom today

Nick: how do you know?

Joe: cause Kevin called me and told me to tell you...duh

Nick: and? What is that supposed to mean?

Joe: you're visiting mom too today

Nick: what? I don't remember-

Joe: you are Nick (I nodded smiling)

Nick: got it but...what should I do once I'm there?

Joe: nothing. Now move your ass to the car and drive to their house. Dani and Kev are there with the girls.

Nick: but, Joe...I don't even know what to do

Joe: Nick, you just have to be nice with her and she'll talk with you

Nick: you think?

Joe: I do. Drive there before she arrives, to make it less awkward for you

Nick: but more awkward for her

Joe: we can't fight destiny (he laughed and I chuckled)

Nick: okay, call you later. I'm leaving

Joe: good luck (he hang up on me and I drove fastly to my mom's house)

I knocked on the door three times and my dad opened the door.

Paul: Nick, what a surprise

Nick: yea, I was driving some streets away and thought it was a good idea to visit you

Paul: always...come in (as I walked into the house I saw Danielle and my mom watching tv while Valentina and Alena played on the floor)

Nick: hey (they all looked at me)

Alena and Valentina: uncle Nick! (They ran to me and I kneeled to hug them)

Nick: princesses, how are you?

Alena: very good

Valentina: fine

Nick: awesome (I walked to my mom and she hugged me)

Denise: what a surprise you're here today son

Nick: yea, I was near here

Danielle: you were? (She said winking an eye to me)

Nick: hi Dani (I kissed her cheek)

Danielle: you're brothers are in the backyard

Nick: both of them? What are they doing?

Danielle: Kev is teaching Frankie something in the guitar (I nodded)

Nick: I'll got there then

I walked outside the house and they saw me.

Frankie: Nick, hey bro

Nick: hey

Kevin: you arrived before than what I expected honestly

Frankie: you called him?

Kevin: long story

Frankie: I want to know about it

Kevin: I'll tell you later

Nick: he think he's funny but he's not

Kevin: we'll see later who's the funny one (I bit my lip in anger and the doorbell rang)

Nick: no way

Kevin: of course

Frankie: what's happening? Can somebody tell me? Please

We heard the door opening and I tried to look at my back but something was stopping me.

Denise: Demi! We were waiting for you

Demi: really? Am I that important? (She chuckled)

Danielle: of course you are (I closed my eyes and Frankie laughed)

Frankie: I think I know why you came here to "visit" today

Nick: you have no idea

Kevin: she's coming

Frankie: believe me, I have a lot of idea (I shook my head)

Nick: no, it's nothing to do with what you're thinking

Kevin: closer

Frankie: I know...you came her to see her, didn't you? Not to visit us

Nick: no, I came here to see mom and the fact that she's here as nothing to do with-

Kevin: Demi! Hi (he walked to her behind me and greeted her)

Demi: hi Kev

Frankie: hey you! (He shouted at Demi and walked to hug her tightly)

I turned around to face her and she half smiled at me while hugging Frankie.

Nick: Demi...hello, what a surprise you're here

Demi: yea, I say the same (she walked slowly to me and I kissed her cheek) I'll go inside to drink coffee with your mom

Nick: yea (she walked inside the house again and Frankie looked at me smiling)

Frankie: you came here to see her "casually", didn't you?

Nick: n-

Kevin: yes, he did. Now stop talking about her when she's near! Please

Nick: what should I do now?

Frankie: go talk with her (I glared at him)

We spent some minutes there and then...Frankie stood up.

Frankie: I'm leaving

Kevin: where to?

Frankie: I'll spend the night in my friend's house. He's throwing a party

Kevin: okay

Nick: be careful (he hugged us and left)

Kevin: I wish Joe was here (I rolled my eyes)

Nick: maybe, he's funnier than us

Kevin: if you're bored, why don't you go talk with De-

Danielle: love...mom's in the hospital...I don't know what happend to her but...we need to go...please (he walked to Danielle and hugged her)

Kevin: everything will be fine. Let's go

We all entered the house and my mom saw Danielle crying.

Denise: Dani, what happened?

Danielle: my mom's at the hospital

Denise: what? We're going with you to the hospital

Paul: let's go

Danielle: b-but the girls...we can't take them to the hospital

Demi: I can stay with them until you come back. I'm not busy tonight

Danielle: oh but they can be a headache sometimes and-

Demi: Dani, don't worry. I can take care of them a-and...Nick is gonna be here too, aren't you?

Nick: y-yes, of course. Go ahead, we'll take care of them for you

Danielle: okay

Kevin: thank you guys, really (I nodded and they all left)

Alena: uncle Nick, where is everyone?

Nick: umm, they went to the h-

Demi: supermarket. They'll be back soon but we're gonna stay here til they come back

Alena: oh...okay (she smiled at us and left)
