I Can't Forget You ~Nemi Series

DEMI P.O.V.: I grabbed my purse, the bag and got out of Joe's car.

Sophie: we can stay here if you want

Demi: no guys, I love you both and thank you for staying by my side but I can and want to be alone

Joe: okay, call me if you need something (I nodded and walked to my door. When I opened Ella and Batman started jumping around me)

Demi: hey guys...mommy's gonna take a bath and I'll see you later

I went to my bedroom and walked into the bathroom after it. I stared at myself in the mirror and remembered in that moment that I was still wearing Nick's t-shirt and sweater. The wind blew in my face from my bedroom window and it made me smell his scent. I felt sick the instant it happened. I had to take off all my clothes quickly and get into the warm watter of the bath while my tears rolled down my cheeks and my sobs filled the house.

I heard my phone ringing and I looked at it but saw his name on it. He was calling. Nick was calling me. I hang up on him and turned it off.

NICK P.O.V.: I stared at my phone. I called her for the third time to leave a voice message.

Nick: D-Demi...it's me Nick. Listen, I need to see you...please, we need to talk (I hang up frustrated and called again to leave another message)

I was leaving the fourth one when I couldn't hold it anymore.

Nick: it's me again...I'm sorry for everything I did. I never meant to hurt, I was just confused. I'm sorry Demi, I want you back (I started sobbing) I believe in you, okay? I do...I was dumb, shit I was so stupid for believing in her...I'm sorry angel, I need to see you, I really do. But I umm (I sobbed louder) I understand if you hate me, you should. (I hang up and someone knocked on the door)

Frankie: Nick, it's late...you should go home

Nick: yes, sorry for using your room and (I shrugged) everything I did

Frankie: yea, whatever

Nick: how's mom?

Frankie: she's in her room. Don't want to see anyone

Nick: I'm a horrible person. I keep hurting everyone (he shook his head)/

Frankie: no Nick. I know you're not a horrible person...you just made a super hugely big mistake in not believing Demi. Why did you?

Nick: I was confused but I believe in her now...and oh lord I was so dumb (I started sobbing and he palmed my back) I don't know what to do

Frankie: you need to reach for her. That could change something maybe...maybe you need to show her that you really care

Nick: but how? She's been avoiding me since it happened

Frankie: of course Nick, I don't think she'll ever want to answer your calls

Nick: then?

Frankie: she's releasing her album this friday...you should go there

Nick: she invited me before I disappointed her, you know? (I dried my tears)

Frankie: go there Nick, maybe you can change the end of your friendship (I nodded hesitantly)

Nick: I'll go there.

Frankie: good, let me know how everything goes (I nodded and walked to leave the room) and Nick

Nick: yea?

Frankie: don't worry for mom, I'll talk to her...she'll be fine with you

Nick: thanks (he nodded and I left the house silently)
