NICK P.O.V.: I swear at that moment, right after Frankie said those ... horrible words, I felt my blood boiling and also some disappointment.

Since when does my father think these things about Demi? She is someone who has always been considered part of my family. My mother loves her as if she were her daughter.

I had to breathe and count to 10 in my head before looking at my father again.
