I Can't Forget You ~Nemi Series

NICK P.O.V.: I spent the whole morning buying all the presents for tonight. After getting everything I wanted, I ate a sandwich in a restaurant while drinking a soda. Some fans asked for photos and then I came back home.

I took a little nap and a relaxing bath after it, then I searched for my clothes to wear tonight and I couldn't help but smirk when I looked at myself in the mirror.

Nick: yea boy (I said and then laughed. I put all the presents in the car and drove to Demi's while listening to the radio)

I arrived at her house at 7:58 p.m. so I just had to wait two minutes to ring the doorbell. "I'm going!" I heard her yell from inside and I chuckled. Then, she opened the door and grabbed a suitcase.

Nick: what's that for?

Demi: I have my presents here (she smiled and I gave a quick look to her but she was wearing a long overcoat already)

Nick: let me help you with it (I grabbed the suitcase and put it in the car. Then, I got into the car next to her) here we go...have you ever spent christmas with my family? Cause I don't-

Demi: nope, never...this is the first time. Any advice?

Nick: well (I bit my lips smiling) nah, everything is very fun and cool...enjoy it Demi

Demi: I will, plus I love your family (I nodded)

We arrived to my parent's house 7 minutes ago. We both took off the car, the presents and she rang the doorbell.

Denise: hello! (She hugged us both) come in (we entered)

Paul: Demi...what a surprise to see.you here tonight (he said with a serious face and Demi smiled at him)

Demi: umm, Nick told me to come

Paul: yea, I bet he did (my dad looked at me and I knew in that moment that he wanted to talk to me)

Denise: umm, you're the first here so...Demi, wanna help me with the table?

Demi: sure (she gave me the suitcase)

Nick: I'll take this to the tree (she nodded to me and I walked to the living room with my dad following me)

Paul: Nick

Nick: yea, you wanna talk with me, don't you?

Paul: yes (I left the presents in the tree and turned to face him) what's going on?

Nick: with what?

Paul: son, you know what I'm talking about

Nick: I really don't

Paul: you've been spending a lot of time with Demi these days

Nick: I've been helping her with her music and plus we're best friends. What is it so surprising that we spent time together?

Paul: you've been best friends for years and you never brought her here for Christmas

Nick: and? She was about to spend the night alone, that's why I invited her

Paul: stop trying to lie to me, I know you Nick...and I see how you look at her. You like her.

Nick: (I sighed) and what would happen if I like her?

Paul: is Joe okay with you liking her?

Nick: what do you mean?

Paul: is he okay with you liking her? They dated Nick, don't forget about it

Nick: dad, you must be-
